It really gives me joy that Maxi Fifole is running for CP. He is an energetic and passionate member and I think he is the personification of what eGermany should be. Seeing him on the ballot makes me feel so proud of our party and our coalition with other eGermans. For I think Maxi Fifole represents the future of eGermany.
The future of Germany is not that of base on real life events but base on the on the eGerman community. Unlike his running mate who dismisses at least two parties in eGermany (KPeD and SPeD) and calling them a blight on eGerman power, I believe that we should be as inclusive as possible. We need to be Open Minded in our quest for a Better Tomorrow. OMG is one of the best party with this frame of thought. While it is not the only moderate party in eGermany, its vision and creation was to welcome all to work in a common vision for the betterment of eGermany. I believe of all the candidates running this month, I place my vote for Maxi Fifole.
Maxi Fifole is fresh air for eGerman politics. He is not some old fart elite like myself who does not have the decency to go away. He is also well experienced especially in the realm of foreign policy. He served in the MoFA team as well as ambassadorships in Canada. He is also really active on our community as well. I think his foreign policy experience makes him ideal for the job as eGerman CP.
Also, base on my experience with Maxi Fifole, I believe he understands best of what being president means. The presidency is not about being the boss. While he has slightly more power, the post of the presidency is that of the country's main manager. He manages his government and works with the congress. I believe Maxi Fifole has the best understanding and temperament for the job. His experience as MoFA prepares him for the management as well as cooperation/ diplomatic skills needed to get eGerman politics running smoothly.
To sum up:
Maxi Fifole is
-A moderate
-Not an old fart elite
-Experienced in foreign relations
-High managerial skills
-High diplomatic skills
-Calm and civil temperament
I fully endorse Maxi Fifole for the task of Country President of eGermany and I encourage you all to vote for him on election day.

When I mean old fart, I mean not some old elite that is always in power even if he does nothing etc and less on age. ^__^. If he wins, it is not base on his name but on merits and merits alone.

nothing against maxi (i really endorse him) but saying "If he wins, it is not base on his name but on merits and merits alone." is just naive. he is a good guy, but no matter of the merits, running with / for OMG is a 95% win. furthermore the other candidate(s) are not the yellow from the egg : > .

Yes, I joined the game quite some time ago but there were times when I was inactive or just a two-clicker. And one of those three years I didn't log on to eRepublik at all because I was abroad.
And I have to agree with FHK, names pretty much always win here, in my case it would be the names of the OMG and the parties supporting me and also the Ministers, most of them well known in the eGerman community.

ist auch bei einigen so die schon mehrmals CP wurden und sonstwas. die konzentrieren sich dann eher auf die politik und den inoffiziellen teil des spiels - hat daher nicht wirklich nen negativen touch.
kenne einen der hat januar 2012 angefangen und ist level 47 mit stärke 20k und GoW* das heißt nicht das er groß plan vom spiel hat sondern zeigt nur dass er goldkäufer ist
Well, I'm not sure what to expect - I hardly know Maxi.
But he claims international connections, and if his cabinet is as well as FHKs, then I'm not worried.

Levels are meaningless. With that narrow-minded thinking, then I who was eBorn on day 147 who is only level 35 with 9499.79 strength or people like Mr Woldy who is in similar situation are all ignorant noobs unfit of power or any kind? I think using the lvl argument shows their lack of understanding of game mechanics and is insulting the intelligence of the community as a whole. Levels are indicators of how much they fight and not their leadership or knowledge of the game.
To attack Maxi base on his level also shows that they have no real issues to go against him and this line of attack is more of an act of desperation and any real legitimate concern. As I see with the replies of Maxi's running mate, all of his high levels is meaningless for he is either stooping low and play on the ignorance of others, or he himself is ignorant of game mechanics. Regardless of which, I do not think Onrop is fit for power and my vote goes firmly to Maxi Fifole

i don't understand why you're upset. you can nominate everyone you want, but for me he's unreliable and looks like a 2clicker. but everybody gots the right to candidate and i wish him good luck
How many 2-clickers are congressman, MoFA, and ambassadors? You are making a deal of his merits and try to play on the ignorance of the new players but you really have no case at all. No one here is upset and I find your change of tone in your last post really interesting. der sinn des spiels ist es die leute dazu zu bringen möglichst viel RLgeld auszugeben.
früher war der fokus auf elitespielern die sich durch den goldkauf immer höher pushten (eliten-melken).
heute ist das ganze etwas verschoben und zwar auf neulinge, welche gleich zu beginn ihrer karriere möglichst viel geld ausgeben. kommen sie in höhere divisionen verpufft ihr bisheriger einsatz und viele hören auf (newbie-melken)
