Anyhoo, as for loosing regions....I wouldn't call it a strategy really. There are a shit-ton of variables that can't be figured just yet.
It's more like hedging our bets so we don't fall behind than a progressive idea to get ahead.

Losing bonuses = losing PTOers! Why should this crap stay here when they dont have to win anything. And dont forget: the bigger their countries are, the more regions we can attack to conquer the eUSA back! They overstretch their frontlines, that's easiest strategy! They can't hold all their regions when we start our RW's! This will be a time of RW's, perhaps a long time, but in the end we will get rid off this PTO-pack.
