[DE|EN] World Census #10
Mr. Enya
Deutsch oben - English below.

Mr. Enya
Dear germarkian and international readers!
And again I come with a world wide population census including the ball diagrams that some readers have bitterly missed in the two last census articles.
Those who don't know nuffin about ball diagramms, here's a link to the last issue.

As always: The ball size is according to the citizen accounts of the country. This does not mean military strength, of course, but it's a pretty good indicator to the importance of countries.
Since this isn't as good as really KNOWING how powerful all the countries are, I was searching for a better representation for the power of the e-countries.
So I took the congress elections of August and the CP elections in September to make a better diagram. The following table is to be read as follows:
column #1: Total number of voters at congress elections, August 2012 (source: eRep)
column #2: Total population of the country (source: eRep)
column #3: Voting participation (calculated)
column #4: Average level of population (source: eRep)
column #5: Voter number times average level (calculated, "Voting strength")
column #6: Total number of voters at presidential elections, September 2012 (source: eRep)
column #7-10: cf. columns 2-5
column #11: military strength, i.e. the complete Influence of citizens of a country in the fights of the last month (source: egov4you)
column #12: adding columns 5+10.
As you may see, the values of columns 11 and 12 are in the same magnitude, which means to me that the voters strength is more or less as significant for the power as the military strength.
Now I just add the military and the voters strength and get the following ball diagram, which is in my opinion more signifcant in respect to the power as the pure population diagram:
With all the best regards and thanks for reading -
Mr. Enya

Seems interesting, great work as usual.
Great work!!
the last ball diagram shows some interesting points particulary how poland and serbia dwarf all others in the last one and how spain the united states or even great britain phail to dward their neighbours even though they did in the original pure population charter
the serbian one i believe it´s the way the country is organised much like in the sistem of the old jna where you got a kind of democratic army as for the poles i guess it´s because germany still lives XD
nice balls : P
Why Israel is a cube?
my balls are more cubiced like anyways...
Super Arbeit..meinen Respekt und Vote
*verneig*
Denmark - smallest ball ever! 😉
Thx for the great work!
Since some people still didn't get why israel is a cube:
"Shrewd jewish physics" is correct, the answer just in the second post.
Mystery solved!

I don't exactly stick to the manual at all, but it's a little bow to the inventor of polandball.
"Why Israel is a cube?"
The answer is 42.
