Hello everyone! Here is Cultural Exchange Committee Chairman SORA!

在這邊很高興的跟各位宣布，第三屆Empress Day將於今日開始舉行！
Good to announce you guys, Empress Day comes up again and start on today!

流程和上次一樣，在提名時間內提出你心目中的候選人，提名時間截止後緊接著就是投票階段，最後就是等待開票後的結果囉
The way to join this event is as same as last time: put your favorite character on before the time, and then voted, finally wait for the Vote counting result.


活動規則：

1.被提名者必須是個女性(會長表示：看起來像就好)

2.所有的被提名者必須是從日本ACG相關，例如漫畫、動畫、輕小說或遊戲等...選出，主辦單位有權限審核該角色是否恰當

3.所有的提名必須包括角色名、角色圖片以及附註出自哪部作品，如果有額外的附註我們相當歡迎

4.上一屆的皇后在下一屆不可被提名

5.台灣區不限制提名與投票資格，歡迎各位參加

6.提名時間從本文章發佈開始至eREP時間Day 1695 00:00

7.投票時間為eREP時間Day 1695 00:00 ~ Day1697 00:00

8.允許以其他方式宣傳自己提名的候選人，如果希望本報協助宣傳請PM我

9.本委員會保有此活動一切的更動權力，如果有違反規則或其他有問題的情況發生，主辦單位隨時可更改提名及活動內容

RULES:
1 - All nominees must be an female character.

2 - All nominees must be from Japanese anime series (OVA, movies, ONA, tv series), Japanese video games, and Japanese Manga, PLEASE NO hentai or characters from sexually explicit controversial anime series. Ministry staff have the right to determine what is inappropriate.

3 - All nominations must at least include a name, image, and name-of-series the nominated character appeared in (again please no nudity or hentai), additional information is welcome.

4 - No previous elected Empresses can be nominated for a 2nd term. However, Royal Ambassadors can be re-nominated for a chance to be Empress, and if runner up again, can maintain their seat as Royal Ambassador for another term.

5 - In Taiwan activity, you can nominate and vote without limiting the eligible, welcome to participate

6 - Empress Day Nominations begin on the release of THIS article and will end at 00:00 eTime on eDay 1,695.

7 - Empress Day Voting will begin on the eDay 1,695 and will end at 00:00 eTime on eDay 1,697.

8 - Campaigns for specific nominations are allowed, if you want us to help publicize, please PM me.

9 - The Minister of Culture and History reserve the right to change these rules at any time, they also reserve the right to disqualify nominations if rules are broken or any new questionable situations that may arise.
