European Warfare Map 2.0

Dear Readers!

I did one last month, so I just thought to produce a similar one again: An animated map showing the eRepublik countries in their struggle to survive.

First, the reference map (RL):

And third (new feature!), an alliance map. Yes, I know it's ugly but it's the best I could produce without a week of pixel-editing.

Orange is ONE. Red is pro-ONE (Epic, ABC, Bulgaria, etc)
Blue is TERRA, Green is EDEN and pro-TEDEN

A short summary: End of April, ePoland and eHungary started their advance towards eFrance, eUS tried to tackle ePoland from Denmark (and failed), eHungary and eSlovenia took over eFrance before they were driven out by a massive Terra force, eChina tried to attack eSerbia in eItaly (and failed). At the moment, ePoland drives eUS out of Europe, we have yet to see the end of the campaigns.
The rest of the action on the map are more or less local wipes: eTurkey vs. eBulgaria. eSpain vs. ePortugal. eAlbania+eGreece vs. eMacedonia. eUK vs. eCanada. eRomania vs. eHungary.

PS: Reader mail corrected me about "wrong alliance colors". I colored each country to the best of my knowledge, and am happy to correct mistakes if I'm wrong. But I am not assigning the label "neutral" to any country, and for a reason:
eBulgaria (officially "neutral") and eRussia (TERRA) have MPPs with each other, eMoldova and eIran have MPPs with both alliances, eBelgium and eSwitzerland also called themself neutral last time I checked. In such an extremely simplified map as above, there is no room for half a dozen exceptions, so I threw these countries on the side which is most apparent in their leaning. I apologize if you feel offended, but hope you understand.





Hochverehrtes Publikum!

Bereits letzten Monat habe ich eine erstellt, also dachte ich, eine neue ist nicht mehr halb so viel Arbeit: Eine animierte Karte, die den Überlebenskampf der eNationen veranschaulicht.

Zuerst die Referenzkarte (RL):

Und drittens (ultimativ neu!) eine Allianzkarte. Sie ist nicht sehr hübsch, ich weiß.

Orange ist ONE. Rot ist pro-ONE (Epic, ABC, Bulgarien, usw.) Blau ist TERRA, Grün ist EDEN und pro-TEDEN.

Eine kurze Zusammenfassung: Ende April haben ePolen und eUngarn ihren Vormarsch in Richtung eFrankreich gestartet, eUSA versuchten, ePolen in eDänemark aufzuhalten (was danebenging), eUngarn und eSlovenien übernahmen eFrankreich bis sie von einer massiven Terra-Welle davongeschwemmt wurden; eChina versuchte eSerbien in eItalien anzugreifen (was danebenging). Aktuell treibt ePolen eUS aus Europa, das Ende des Feldzuges ist noch offen.
Der Rest der Action auf der Karte sind eher die lokalen Animosiäten: eTürkei gegen eBulgarien. eSpanien vs ePortugal. eAlbanien+eGriechenland vs. eMakedonien. eGB gegen eKanada. eRumänien gegen eUngarn.
