2 Suggestion to Admins [EN]

Dear all citizens of the eWorld


As version 1 released months ago , we could hardly find a citizen with working skill more that 6 or 7 . We were hardly find a citizen with military rank of Field Marshal .
But how is it now ?
I have 2 suggestion for admins . Please read the article and if you agree with me , sign in the forum ( The link is in the end of the article )

1st Suggestion



How are older citizens with working skill more that 7 find a job ?
Citizens with skill like 8 , 10 & even 12 !!
They have some options :

1. Find a friend company & talk the manager ( as he is his friend ) . Discuss about the salary , apply for the job in that company as a skill 7 worker . The manager goes & changes the salary as they've agreed before .

2. If you couldn't find a friend company in the country that you've came in , you must send PM to some company managers & talk to them about your skill . Then you must wait until they PM you & agree with your suggested salary . Then you apply the job . Now two situation will be happened :
a) The company manager is a honest person & will change your salary to the one that be agreed before .
b) The company manager has lied to you & he's never going to change your salary . So you must work for 3 days as a skill 7 citizen . No way to resign . An only option is to not work for him BUT you will loose the Hard Worker Medal !!!

3. You apply a job in a company without considering to its manager . Here you have two situation again :
a) The company manager see you as a new employee . He is righteous & will increase your salary upon your skill .
b) The company manager won't realize you as a new employee or he see you BUT don't pay attention to your salary . In both case you don't have any option . Just work for him for 3 days as a skill 7 citizen or you will loose your Hard Worker Medal !!!

You see that there is a hard procedure for citizens with working skill more that 7 to find a proper job . There are many situation that they could be harmed .
It has an easy solution :
PUT HIGHER SKILL JOB OFFER IN THE COMPANY SECTION . MORE THAN 7 .

2nd Suggestion



They are many citizen with military rank of Field Marshal today . To reach to this rank , citizens must reach to 75K Total Damage .
Erepublik shows Total Damage for next rank too . For example if you are General , Total Damage could be something like this : 45000 / 75000 which shows that for next rank up , you need to have at least 75K Total Damage .
How does it like for a Field Marshal ?
At first days of releasing V1 , many citizens thought that there might be another rank after Field Marshal because they were seeing that Total Damage of a Field Marshal had a limit of 100K .
But when admins saw that citizens were going to reach that limit , they just changed this limit to 500K.
How about today ?
We have citizens that are going to reach this limit too . For example Euphonix has around 430K Total Damage . Soon or late he will reach to 500K.
What do you , admins , want to do ? Maybe change the limit to 1000K !!!

But I have a better suggestion . Make another rank . It will really encourage citizens . For example I myself be despondent when reached to Field Marshal . I have no issue to fight with weapons in non-important wars . Just fight with empty-hand to get that 10 experience point . No impetus to increase my Total Damage .
But it will really encouragement if there is a higher rank after Field Marshal .
You could name it something like "God of War" , "Lord of War" or ... . Think about it , you will find better name if so .
JUST PUT A RANK AFTER FIELD MARSHAL .
