Wirtschaftskrise oder notwendige Neujustierung?

The removal of the admin buying bot has left the egerman economy in screaming upheaval, since the bot was the source of stable prices on the selling markets. (of course, admins would say, that a bot never existed :3)

Okay, so the bot was removed. This is annoying but comprehensible, since the bot made enormous profits possible that only exited so that not all players would leave eGermany: When I started playing, the bot prices allowed selling of egerman weapons on 6.6 DEM times quality level, plus VAT. So: 8.25 (6.6) DEM, 16.5 (13.2) DEM, 24.75 (19.8 ) DEM, 33.0 (26.4) DEM, 41.25 (33.0) DEM. Same was true for food, only on a tenth this price. At the same moment, the same products were available on the epolish market for half the price in PLN. As a newbie I assumed that the buying bot is linked to the production bonus due to resources: eGermany without any bonus produced at 100%, ePoland with all bonuses produced at 200%. No astonishment from myself that an epolish producer got the same amount of country currency from the bot as an egerman producer.

The only problem with this naive calculation was, that it was wrong: eGermany kept these extreme high bot prices even, when we regained a few regions (in that time, egerman products were not only 2 times, but up to 3 times as expensive as epolish ones), and again when we agreed to the epolish occupation treaty, and again when Terra wiped ePoland in the beginning of this january. For now one month we have a stable bonus of 60% for food and 40% for weapons.
I assume now that it is this stability in the economy, that let to the demise of the bot: The admins checked the prices and outlet money when they did their "economy reform", and they found that eGermany and its citizens are printing money like shit. Guess what, this was not what they want, right? For me it is only logical that they needed to readjust the bot, and I believe that we have signs of recent bot activity again, only on a much cheaper level. Or was it one of the fair readers that bought 110 Q3 Weapons off of me during this night and even this morning - weapons that I fixed on an above-lowest market price?
I intuitively deduce that (like I assumed as a newbie back in the day) that the bot is loosely linked to the production bonus of a country (or that the admins sometimes set the price anew based on it). According to Math, the new bot price for 40% weapon bonus would be something like 4.7 DEM times quality level for weapons, plus VAT, which would be 5.8 DEM for Q1, and the food prices accordingly around 0.5 DEM. If this really is the case, only time will tell, but as I already said, I believe to see indications of that.


Mit großem Heulen und Zähneklappern begrüßt die edeutsche Wirtschaft das Wegfallen des Kaufbots der Admins, der bislang für stabile Preise auf dem Absatzmarkt gesorgt hat. (klar natürlich, dass die Admins sagen, dass so etwas nie existiert hat :3)

Tja, jetzt ist der Bot weggefallen. Das ist ärgerlich, aber durchaus nachvollziehbar, denn der Bot hat Preise und Gewinne realisiert, die es nur deswegen gab, damit nicht alle Spieler eDeutschland den Rücken kehren: Als ich mit eRep anfing, erlaubten es die Botpreise, dass edeutsche Waffen zu 6.6 DEM mal Qualitätsstufe (zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer) weggingen, also 8.25 (6.6) DEM, 16.5 (13.2) DEM, 24.75 (19.8 ) DEM, 33.0 (26.4) DEM, 41.25 (33.0) DEM. Das gleiche galt für Nahrung, die genau ein Zehntel dieses Preises kostete. Zum gleichen Zeitpunkt kosteten dieselben Produkte auf dem polnischen Markt ziemlich genau die Hälfte, in PLN. Als Neuling habe ich angenommen, dass der Kaufbot direkt an die Bonuszahl gekoppelt sein müsste: eDeutschland hatte keine Boni und produzierte somit 100%, ePolen hatte alle Boni und produzierte folglich 200%. Kein Wunder also, dass ein epolnischer Produzent genauso viel Landeswährung vom Adminbot geschenkt bekommen müsste wie ein edeutscher Produzent.

Das dumme an dieser naiven Rechnung war nur, dass sie nicht aufging: eDeutschland behielt seine extrem hohen Botpreise auch dann noch, als wir vorübergehend einige Regionen zurückeroberten, als wir den ersten epolnischen Besatzungsvertrag unterschrieben (in jener Zeit waren edeutsche Produkte nicht nur 2-mal sondern bis zu 3-mal teurer als epolnische) und schließlich als Terra Anfang Januar ePolen weggewischt hat und wir anschließend den aktuell geltenden Vertrag bekamen. Für bald einen Monat haben wir bereits stabil 60% Nahrungsbonus und 40% Waffenbonus.
Meiner Vermutung nach ist es diese wirtschaftliche Stabilität eDeutschlands, der der Bot zum Opfer fiel: Die Admins haben im Zuge ihrer "Wirtschaftsreform" die Preise und ausgegebenen Geldmittel überprüft, und dabei festgestellt, dass eDeutschland und sein Bürger wie bescheuert Geld drucken - was nicht im Sinne der Admins sein kann. Für mich ist damit eine Neujustierung völlig logisch, und ich glaube, dass es Anzeichen gibt, dass der Bot bereits wieder da ist, auf einem nun deutlich niedrigeren Preisniveau agiert. Oder hat jemand von euch, liebe Leser, heute Nacht und heute morgen insgesamt rund 110 Q3-Waffen gekauft, die ich deutlich über dem Niedrigstpreis eingestellt habe? Intuitiv gehe ich davon aus, dass (wie ganz ursprünglich als Neuling von mir vermutet) der Bot ganz grob an die Produktionsboni eines Landes gekoppelt ist (bzw. dass die Admins ihn manchmal entsprechend neu einstellen). Rein rechnerisch läge damit ein neuer Botpreis für 40% Waffenbonus bei 4.7 DEM mal Qualitätsstufe für Waffen, zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer ergäbe für Q1 5.8 DEM, entsprechend die Nahrungspreise bei rund 0.5 DEM. Ob es sich so neu einpendelt, wird die Zeit hoffentlich zeigen - wie gesagt, ich glaube bereits die Anzeichen dafür zu sehen.
