Dear citizens of Germark/ Denmany

The election is now over, and eGermark has a new congress. The last time I was PP of OMG and oversaw an congressional election was about 2 years ago. My experience yesterday was fun and brought back many great memories. I am amazed by the election results. I am happy that many of our members got a seat in our congress. I am pleased that we have many great members which will represent all of us in our names in the political affairs of the state. I am pleased and confident in members like Abes182, Raidoh, Enyavar, etc will work diligently on our behalf. Congratulations to all congressmen/women on your victory and a successful campaign.

I too am a bit disappointed that some of our great members did not make it. While I understand that we cannot win them all, but I am a bit disappointed regardless. I want to take this time to honor great members that did not make it but nevertheless should continue to feel proud. They should be congratulated on a great fight and that if you would of won, I believe you will be among the best of the best that this party can offer. Congratulations, Albadon, JacksonCity, Alex Drex, Sonic750 and Chickenwing. I salute you on your great efforts and your passion in the campaign. I really hope that you will rerun next month and take the experience of this election to better your chance in future elections.

As to my personal performance, I did commit an error which I learned from during this election. While I focus on the logistics and planning on who ones who, I did not look at the actual in game candidature list until it was too late. Two of our members by error selected to run in the PP election instead of the congressional one. This error will be corrected in the next election.

Die Wahl ist vorbei, und die deutsch-dänische Union hat einen neuen Kongress. Das letzte Mal, dass ich als PP eine Kongresswahl mitgemacht habe, ist 2 Jahre her. Meine Erfahrung von gestern hat viele Erinnerungen zurückgebracht und mir Spaß gemacht. Ich bin beeindruckt von den Wahlergebnissen. Ich freue mich, dass viele unserer Parteimitglieder einen Sitz im Kongress erhalten haben und unser Banner in den politischen Aktivitäten des Landes hochhalten werden. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass Leute wie Abes182, Raidoh, Enyavar und weitere gewissenhaft in unserem Interesse entscheiden werden. Glückwünsche an alle Kongressis für euren Sieg und eine erfolgreiche Wahlkampagne.

Allerdings bin ich auch etwas enttäuscht, dass einige gute Parteimitglieder nicht gewählt wurden. Zwar verstehe ich, dass wir nicht alle gewinnen können, doch trotzdem bin ich enttäuscht. Ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, um die tollen Leute zu erwähnen, die es nicht geschafft haben, die aber dennoch hervorragende Mitglieder der OMG sind. Sie haben einen tollen Wahlkampf hingelegt und sobald sie einmal (wieder) gewählt werden, werden sie die Besten sein, die diese Partei nur bieten kann: Glückwunsch an Albadon, JacksonCity, Alex Drex, Sonic750 und Chickenwing. Ich verneige mich vor euren Bemühungen und eurem Willen während der Wahlkampagne und hoffe, dass ihr im kommenden Monat erneut kandidieren und mit größerer Erfahrung und Erfolgen eure Chancen maximieren könnt.

Was meine eigene Leistung angeht, musste ich erfahren, dass ich Fehler begangen habe. Als ich mich konzentriert habe, Logistik und Planung des wer-ist-wo zu organisieren, habe ich nicht auf die tatsächlichen Kandidaten im Spiel geachtet, bis es zu spät war. Zwei unserer Mitglieder haben aus Versehen ausgewählt, dass sie als PP kandidieren wollten anstelle für den Kongress, und sie und ich haben es zu spät bemerkt. Dieser Fehler soll nicht erneut vorkommen.
