Srg4CP - Cabinet List

Day 1,506, 09:06 Published in Australia China by srg91

Cabinet list for Jan/Feb term:

It has been one month in the cabinet and it has been, in my opinion, a very rewarding term. Certain positions have worked out rather well, while others did not do as well as I had hoped. Therefore, those that have performed well will continue their roles, and adjustments will be made to improve the relatively weaker areas.

Before I start my cabinet list, there are a few players I would like to mention who have done a great deal behind the scenes alongside myself. These players have put in many hours of hard work which has been largely unnoticed by most players, myself included at times.
(note: This will be a long wall of text)

One of these players is the current APP PP Marcos Arolia, who has pmed new players and helped them to become more active on irc. This without even being in the cabinet. He has also helped to set up the new mentoring program with Jon Malcom. (btw welcome to the country if you read this)

Another under appreciated player has been the quiet and hard working Kaltiz, who, despite traveling in the states for more than half of this term, has worked diligently to create articles during his trip, which was honestly more then I expected. His efforts on the job have been relentless and my personal respect for him has risen sharply. I think he may feel I have been rather critical of him and his work, but I just want to say that it’s this effort that makes a real difference between a good player and a not so good player.

Another player that has been irreplaceable in this term and (the next few terms) has been the new ADF marshal Malgoo. In my three years of playing in Australia, I have yet to see a more active and intelligent businessman than this player. His contribution to the ADF imo can be seen as the backbone of that entire structure. With one month of experience under his belt, I expect Malgoo to exceed my expectations once again next month.

In any government, internal and defense are two important positions that need careful management. However, another position that is just as critical is the Foreign Affairs department. I am thankful for my decision last month to move this player from the Education department to the Foreign Affairs department. Truth to be told, when I first started this term, I was still doubtful of that shuffle, but over these 30 days, I am glad to have put Binda33
in this cabinet, and most of all, in the MoFA position. Without her guidance and support, many of this month's achievements would have been difficult to achieve. Binda has been the the hardest working member of this administration, probably moreso than myself at times.

Now onto this upcoming month. With an influx of new players, this term's cabinet had replaced many of the veteran players to allow the younger generation a go. It is my personal belief that new blood is the future of any nation, and as an older generation of players, it is our duty to protect our nation and teach these new bloods the skills required to guide our nation.

With this new cabinet, I am positive that next term will outshine any achievements from this term. Once again, I would like to thank all the players who have supported me through this term and this run. Without further ado, I present to you the cabinet of Jan -Feb.

Deputy Country President - Binda33
With XG being a bit busy due to real life issues, the previous term’s teamwork between myself and Binda has been excellent and as such, she will continue her role as dCP as well as MoFA.
Specific Role: Mainly handles forum aspects of the game. dCP will provide information to the public/senate on forums. This includes EO and other necessary information. Likewise the dCP will provide cabinet with necessary and related links from the forum to ensure communication goes smoothly.

Chief of Staff - Callumh123
With Callumh123 returning from rl issues, he will be taking an internal position this month. The CoS will be ensuring that each one of the departments are up to update with their work.
Specific Role: Ensuring departments are doing their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Adviser: Super Christopher
Being a experienced older player, SC will be returning this cabinet to offer inputs within the Cabinet as needed. His wide range of experience will be extremely useful as a Jack of all trade.
Specific Role: Aiding the cabinet with experience and advice, particularly assisting the new and younger players.

Minister of Defense - Majester
Coming back from long retirement, Majester will be focusing upon reworking our ties with our allies. Last month has been a recovery month from the wipe so eAus should be slowly entering the global stage once again.
Specific Role: Need to issue fighting orders daily. Keep up to date with the Foreign Affairs department in order to process the correct orders.

Deputy Minister of Defense – James Rellori
With one month of experience under James's belt as MoI, aside from the unfortunate situation of deputy minister for this term (Gordy's proposal and citizenship incident), James has done a reasonably good job as the MoI. Imo, he has a long way to go before becoming a seasoned player but I have no doubt whatsoever that he will get there with more experience.

Intern for Ministry of Defense - Alimilano
Alimilano has been a quiet player within our community, however he has had experience running the former eSG Army. His active time is mainly when we are all sleeping, which could be a useful asset with communication to allies who have a long time difference.
Specific Role: Ensure that Orders are posted daily in game. dMoD will keep communication between soldiers and the Defense Department alive through forums, in game and ADF Marshal.

Military Unit liaison – Henry the 8th
HT8 will retain his job as the military coordinator for TWs and other warfare related issues.
Specific Role: - Ensuring that Australian MUs are working together to strike, thus ensuring that our damage is more effective.

Military funding adviser - Malgoo
Malgoo’s role as finance advisor to this term’s cabinet has been very important, so he will be returning to this role if this administration is elected.
Specific Role: This advisor will attempt to work out possible ways (if any) of reduce funding required to maintain the ADF in order to better manage supplies and rations.

Minster of Foreign Affairs - Binda33
Refer to dCP: Binda33 has been extremely active and supportive as the MoFA - if something is not broken, why would anyone fix it?
Specific Role: Given how last term’s TW with NZ went rather successfully, eAustralia will be looking at another TW with NZ in the near future. The Foreign Affairs department will further their
relations with Indonesia and its counterparts as well as look for ways to step out of our protective shell in the upcoming month.

Deputy Minster of Foreign Affairs – Lord Ferrum, Tj Norton.
Under Binda, both lord Ferrum and TJ will be joining this department. Lord Ferrum has been an active senator in the past. Whilst not having a great deal of experience as a cabinet member, my conversations with him have shown that he is an intelligent player who has great insight to the true meaning of Foreign Affairs. Tj on the other hand is a useful and experienced player. I have had my differences with this player however both of us are willing to put our past behind to improve this nation. In fact, these differences will mean that the department will have more ideas with which to approach various issues. Little known fact is that TJ can speak one of the Indonesian languages and he will be valuable member to bring to the Indo negotiation table.

Intern for MoFA: Greenimp
Greenimp is a new player who is a quick learner and will bring fresh ideas and a fresh voice to negotiations with other countries, including Indonesia. This experience will give him the opportunity to grow to be an irreplaceable player in the eAus community.

Specific Role: Primarily summarizing meeting material for the cabinet to read. dMoFA will also at times be involved in chats and meetings if the Minister of FA can not be there due to rl situations. Other roles will be specific adapted due to the need of the MoFA.

Minister of Finance – Venja
Venja will be returning to the Finance department for another term. He proved himself capable last term and thus will be a reliable choice for this coming month.

Specific Role: Due to our financial growth over the last term, the Australian budget will be reviewed to reallocate funds on MPPs and education in this term.

Deputy Minister of Finance - James Keane
James Keane has worked well with Venja last term. This team will be solid, experienced and exercise their wisdom to arrange eAustralia’s financial affairs.

Intern for MoF - Adam Beck
Joining the already experienced finance team is Adam Beck. He has worked with Venja before and should quickly prove himself to be an asset to the team.

Specific Role: dMoF’s main duties are to continue keeping financial records on the spreadsheet. The deputy will also be actively forming the budget as per MoF request.

Minister of Immigration: - Arfman
Experienced in various roles in cabinet, this quiet player makes a big impact. A strong character who is well qualified to weed out multi’s and players who pose a threat to us, he is an iron gate who will protect eAustralia well.

Deputy Minister of Immigration – Koyaanisqatsi Max Aka Madcow
A quiet player who is becoming much more active in game and on IRC, Madcow has useful connections which is vital for this department. He and Arfman will make a great team to screen for potential danger and prevent infiltration.

Specific Role: He will be performing background checks and ensuring that while new players are welcomed, multi’s and PTO-ers will be barred from entering.

Director of Internal Affairs – Marcos Arolia
Marcos Arolia is a player who came over to us from eNZ and has already proved his dedication to eAustralia. Through his management, the APP has grown from a 9 man band to a formidable party boasting over 70 members to its name. He has shown initiative in his work with the New Player Society and the new mentoring program. To not have him in this role would be detrimental to our country.

Specific Role: Ensuring that departments are working together towards the goal of attracting and retaining new players, and integrating them to becoming active members of the eAustralia community.

Minister of Information - Miniate
A new active player who has been learning the ways of this game extremely quickly. She has demonstrated both patience and enthusiasm for this community. Her passion to write will be extremely important for the upcoming term, as this cabinet is looking to restart updating wikipedia pages and active communication between players and the cabinet.

Deputy of Information: PhoenixGreen
An old player who has returned to the game with a new face and with a desire to work for the good of eAustralia. PhoenixGreen will team up with Miniate to enable communication between the cabinet and you, the players.
Specific Role: Weekly updates and articles to explain exactly what it is that the cabinet has been doing to allow for discussion and transparency. Also updating long outdated wikipedia articles about eAustralia.

Minister of Education - Kaltiz
Kaltiz has been extremely active and dedicated this term. His outstanding performance in this role has led me to reappoint him to this role as I know for a fact that he will continue to explain and introduce the game mechanics to new players in an accessible manner.

Deputy of Education - Mudkip McMudkip
Mudkip is also a new player, less than a month old! However, through his active questioning of all three candidates for CP, he has shown his dedication and intelligence which will be an asset to this cabinet. Furthermore, as a new player, he knows exactly what it is that new players want to know.

Specific Role: The ministry of education will produce two articles a week to educate our new players regarding in game functions, forums and the irc. The educational articles will be done by the deputy for education. Both the minister and deputy will be communicating with new players and keeping them active. They will also initiate competitions to bring new players into the community and keep their interest in the game alive.

If you got down to here, I seriously need to congratulate you. Thanks for reading my cabinet list.
