PnPP 1 Year Anniversary Speical- Interview #1

Day 1,414, 12:08 Published in New Zealand New Zealand by Oboacer

Hello eKiwis,
In little over two days, the Peace 'n' Prosperity Party (PnPP) will celebrate a milestone in eNZ, our 1 year anniversary. This is a major moment for our party and in commemoration of this, we will be having a series of articles released about our party.

So today's is an interview with a former eNZ citizen, PnPP member and dedicated eRepublik player, Nettoboy. He graciously agreed to this interview and offered his views on a series of questions posed to him about our party.

So without delay, here we go!

Oboacer: Thank you Netto for taking the time to respond to this. So to start, how are things going in eAustria?

Netto: Very well, thanks! Austria is a small and calm country with stabilized situation and friendly citizens, so I have nothing to complain about.

Oboacer: That is great to hear. Do you happen to miss eNZ at all?

Netto: Of course I do 🙂 My IRC client still has #enewzealand and #pnpp.nz in "auto-join". I met here so many fantastic people that I couldn't just cut off from them

Oboacer: I guess eNZ has that way with people. I guess I should start the party questions. So what made you join the PnPP?

Netto: From the very beginning eNZ has had a lot of political parties. It was good, because it could be easily seen which party is the most buoyant and active. The choice wasn't hard - PnPP was (and still is) one of the most active parties in eNZ.

Oboacer: Well thank you for that compliment Netto. Seeing as we are going down memory lane, what were your fonest memories of the PnPP?

Netto: It would have to be the people. We had a really great team on the very beginning (some of you may remember Myles Robinson, CrusaderCarl, Albert Neurath, Michal Lodziana 1), who took part in creating eNZ and the party from scratch.

First the Provisional Government, foreign and domestic affairs, then elections - it wasn't easy, but we managed to do it. That kind of things you simply can't forget.

Oboacer: I envy those early days, I can only imagine the fun you all had. Looking back on those early days, what is your take on the PnPP's recent success of electing 3 eNZ Presidents?

Netto: It means that PnPP is a strong party and has a great future in eNZ. Great job!

Oboacer: We couldn't have done it without your hard work in those early weeks. Now, seeing as you have been out of eNZ for some time, what is your view, as a former PnPP member, of the party today?

Netto: The party has changed a lot, especially because the people have changed. Committed player have been replaced with even more committed ones, so it can be only better.

Oboacer: On that note, would you ever consider moving back to eNZ?

Netto: Maybe some time... I put a part of my eHeart when working on eNZ came into begin, so if there are places in eWorld where I could come back to, eNZ is definetely one of them.

Oboacer: Well, I hope that you do join us again down under! I thought, seeing as Halloween is nearing I should ask this. Do you plan to dress up for Halloween and if so, as what?

Netto: I don't know yet and I probably won't know even the day before 😉 The last ideas are in that case always the best, so we will see 🙂

Oboacer: Ya, I'm still thinking of one too. So back to the party questions. What role do you see the PnPP playing in eNZ today?

Netto: The role is constant from the beginning - associate the coolest citizens of eNZ ;p

Oboacer: Well we are near the end, time for one last question. In your opinion, what is the significance of the PnPP reaching 1 year as a party?

Netto: The political sphere in the eWorld is very unstable when looking at it in a long time view. New parties arise while old parties fall apart. The 1 Year Anniversary of PnPP is a sign of stability, good policy and trust of citizens. Well done everyone, keep going!

Oboacer: Well Netto, thank you so much for taking the time to do this, I wish you all the best in eAustria and I hope that all is well for you in RL!

To the audience, I hope that you have enjoyed this interview with one of eNZ and the PnPP's founding members, Nettoboy. Keep watching the news feed for more PnPP 1 Year Anniversary Specials!.

Sincerely,
Oboacer,
Co-Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Congressmen for Canterbury,
PnPP Secretary,
