[21:08] <TTi> I have now been SC for a week and this has been quite a busy one. Situation between Bg/Tr has taken a lot of time, but there are ofc the whole other alliance to follow up too.
[21:08] <TTi> During the last 1.5-2 weeks we have seen a lot better coordination of efforts from ONE and they seem to have been able to find the clue again on the battlefields. At the same time I see some worrying signs within our alliance.
[21:08] <TTi> We are now spending huge amounts of time with our internal disputes and solving issues with counties from Terra. This is all away from our main focus of defending our own cores and interests and wiping the floor with ONEfags.
[21:08] <TTi> Also what I have notices, what started to happen slowly during last months is a slow degeneration of the level and quality of communication between us. And I must say that this is maybe the most troubling symtom there are.
[21:09] <TTi> I am hearing a lot of issues in different unofficial and backchannel discussions, whether they are about the "new" hq, or they are about someones needs for bonuses or about feeling not appreciated or supported within the alliance.

[22:05] <TTi> Situation with Turkey and Bulgaria. I will now share my thoughts and interpretation of the situation as neutral as I can.
[22:05] <TTi> As we know we have had a difficult situation with tension building up between Tr and BG for past months resulting in talks, talks and even more talks, huge amounts of trolling IG and different incidents on the battlefield.
[22:05] <TTi> I have now been talking a lot to representatives from both sides and the situation is difficult. We have very bad athmosphere within both countries citisens, promises made around and a lot of different opinnions.
[22:05] <TTi> There are also couple of really fundamentally difficult things in the discussion. Tr was brought on the discussions with a promise of 1 months trial and then full membership and Bg on the otherhands with a message of trial and then lets see what happens. OFC in this also a lot of different opinnions and interpretations.
[22:05] <TTi> I will skip the details from the middle and get to the point where we are now. Bg/Tr reps may bring up more in their briefs after me.
[22:05] <TTi> In short. What Tr is saying. They hope to get full membership before they can continue discussions about the two regions Bg is interested. And also saying that they are getting more and more pressure internally against EDEN due the trial status.
[22:05] <TTi> What Bg is saying. They hope to get those two regions now but cannot vote for full membership nor quarantee when that could happen due internal political climate.
[22:05] <TTi> There have been variations with the proposals but basically that is where we end up everytime.
[22:05] <TTi> So, my personal opinnion. This issue has been on the table too long and are now undermining the foundation of EDEN. Neather side are willing to bend from their "demand" regarding the full membership and ofc both are entitled to have their opinnion. But right now we are in a stalemate and nothing is happening.
[22:05] <TTi> Right now I do not see this situation as a win/win and I dont think that we can get all the goods in any scenario.

Setting a deadline to this, continuing like this, ending this now, changing the negotiation team, what ever. But you need to put in your ideas, cause we cannot just continue by hoping the best.
