Government incompetence completely unacceptable
Brian Boru
Government incompetence has often marred this country's history, and not for the first time will it possibly see us wiped.
Except this time, the stakes are even higher, with the admins seemingly ignorant changes to the Resistance War system, we could be wiped permanently.
Our government's reaction to repeated NE proposals in the Dáil has been completely lax. PMs went out far far too late, and clarification with the British on their NE proposals was simply non-existent as far as anyone can tell.
Next, our government chooses a set of MPPs that are not EDEN-based AND a set which the British would have been able to cancel out should we decide to invade legitimately.
This government's inexperience is clearly the reason behind these issues, or at least one hopes so, the only other explanation is that Cousteau is a British agent (though let me say that it clearly isn't the case... in theory).
I hope all those who claimed Marcus was a fascist are happy.
It gives me great pleasure and displeasure at the means by which I have to say it:
Hate to say we told you so.
Comments
Cousteau is Agent J11B
Ahahahahaha.
I'm not really up on who is running things, but it does seem like a lack of competent advisers has led to poor positioning. On the other side of things, I'm guessing the same old in-fighting has also led to the faults, as well, in lack of cooperation.
Well Cpl, when we get accused of being fascists despite a great term last month, infighting will happen.
Brian, Marcus is only authoritarian and dictator.
Secondly, from the first day cause of hiss butt hurt he attacked and attacked and attacked to the government. If the same happened to him you all would shout "we are in a very troubled period, shut up and lets unite". But now you only think about your political career and Marcus' gang acts like hyena.
I agree there are problems but from the first day Marcus and his gang attacked the government again and again.
And yes, he ruled the country with fascistic methods. Everyone is leaving Ireland slowly but you still care about only your hunger for power.
Tekosin, that is ridiculous.
This situation clearly demonstrates that.
Everything is unacceptable unless its yourself or your buddies doing it , you guys really have proved it in the last few days
And im sure you'll all sit there and do nowt for the next while , onlt to tell everyone "told ya so " again
Don't be silly, like I said, we could be wiped permanently this time, no way in hell we're going to do nothing.
Brian what is ridiculous? You can criticize government and it is your right, but from the first day you have been attacking government and it is obvious that the reason behind it is loosing the power, which some calls butthurt. A bit of empathy please, if the same happened to you, all would should "you are the traitor! We are in hard times and you can not criticize!" This is why repeadetly I call Marcus' rule as fascistic. Why do you think people are leaving Ireland? Lack of democracy is very clear. At least Cousteau is kind and not snobby, AND needs time.
And castaneda, x2
No, the obvious reason behind it is because WE ARE INVADING THE UK WITHOUT ANY PREPARATIONS.
Brian soon or late it was going to happen. Frankly I was tired of begging Canada for protection everytime we had something with UK. No matter how long you prepare yourself it wouldn't be enough and we'd ask for more and more supplies. So let this happen, at least we would see who are our real friends and who will come to help us. All of you are supporting EDEN like crazy so I wanna see will they really help or not.
Nobody attacked anyone on the first day Tekosin your lying as usual.
"No, the obvious reason behind it is because WE ARE INVADING THE UK WITHOUT ANY PREPARATIONS."
😁 this.
Do people not realise we could be wiped of the map for ever?
Nobody attacked anyone on the first day and I am lying???? Dude you have psychological problems or not, I am not the one who is saying this. Check out the forums and your comments, from the first day we have been reading how this government is this, how the president is that, ministers are blah blah blah.
Seriously you are, as a person, do not worth a penny. Liar, dictator, racist, mad for power. You are simply disgusting.
Three articles criticising him, 100g lost, two MPPs down the drain and the most important moment in Ireland's recent history.
At least the CP is an active face in public, steadying the ship, right?
Oh wait. He's the invisible man, nowhere to be seen.
Impeach Jacques, minimise the damage, and put Marcus into the office he deserved to retain from the start.
John, I agree he should be a bit more active, but still let us unite while there is a war, like you all said once when Marcus was criticized. Respect the elections and votes of ordinary people.
Tbh we can't reunite without a good leader.
Maybe we need another revolution BB?
Give him a chance though. He surely deserves a chance to fix this mess.
Now what Marcus, BB et al. are doing is getting really repellent. They surely have not been attacking Jacques from the first day - actually they were scaremongering and accusing him even before the elections.
Grow up, don't cry over other kids entering 'your' sandbox, and if butthurt is that severe, apply some lotion.
"actually they were scaremongering and accusing him even before the elections."
Where we the ones pm'ing people calling the only Irish tanks we have thieves?
"Where we the ones pm'ing people calling the only Irish tanks we have thieves?"
I haven't sent or received such a PM. In turn, I've caught you lying twice. So now I'm taking your stories with a pinch of salt.
Im sure I saw an article like this last month....and the month before.....and the one before that...and before that! In fact I can't remember a time in eIreland when I didnt see this type of article each month. Its customary I guess.
Y'know, if you all had listened to the Bremen Clubhouse we wouldn't be in this mess. Marcus is a bully and an asshole, but he was a good CP.
Don't worry, I'm sure the ICA can pay to wipe us when all else fails.
SHM even if marcus's "gang was attacking him before the election ( not that i'm saying he was) surely jac should be here proving him wrong yet we've barely heard a public word from him since he came to power, we are currently at war with the UK had two MPP's cancelled out which if all was payed for by the tax payer equals most of the tax income we recieved last month.
@Bryan O'Shea: So true. You and I have witnessed a load of those articles.
But somehow each time it happens people seem to forget that it has happened before. It's always like reverse deja vu for me.
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me.
Tuuuune, I think it has some relevance?
@sir adriano prette
"surely jac should be here proving him wrong yet we've barely heard a public word from him since he came to power"
It was just yesterday he published an article. The NE? Was it proposed by the President, or anyone from the cabinet? Who accpeted that? 13-6 in congress? Who are in congress? Just look and think. Apparently nothing is a price too large for some who crave after government positions ... again.
SHM, tbh you've been spouting a heck of a lot of rubbish lately. If you look at the decisions that have been made so far this term and the multiple mistakes which have put us in a much less desireable position than we should be. Then you will find something to give out about.
All you seem to be doing right now is constantly looking for small grammatical faults in peoples articles and jumping on anything which you can twist to your favour. It may sound good on the face, but anyone looking into your "conclusions" will see they're very bare and seem to be coming from some discontent other than that which you claim to be giving out about.
If we could leave personal qualms out of politics in eIreland, then we'd be in a much better place right now.
Lol, Connell, the ultima ratio again: "you've been spouting a heck of a lot of rubbish lately"
A month ago, analyzing events, I got the response: "actually being wiped is not that big a deal anymore". Now BB is scaremongering with exactly that. Only yesterady BB commented on his agreement with Tomazin's article on JC - now he intimates JC 'being a British agent' (an accusation brought up already in the campaign for Marcus). MS cried a river about 'inactive ministers' claiming 'all his ministers were active', and when I pointed out that his MoF left after ten days, he went on stating that he 'replaced him'. When I pointed out he didn't, he claimed 'all he said was he removed him'. Which is not true again, even shortly after Dubh's 'comprehesive monetary policy' pathetically failed, he claimed he was 'doing a great job'. Now this is what you call 'small grammatical faults' I guess.
In the very last days of his presidency I warned him on irc that the IEP was under speculative attack, and intervention was needed. He responded by pointing out that the CAD is an even worse shape. Talking about double standards, incompetent & inactive ministers, and 'small grammatical faults'.
Apparently - in your eyes - everyone pointing out the fact that the emperor was naked is 'spouting a heck of a lot of rubbish'. I see the deficiencies of JC's administration. But I'd choose him again over some narcistic and hypocritical control freaks any day of the week.
Reporting in for delicious tears.
