Where does the hypocrisy end AMP?
Military involvement in politics.
The Austalian National Party has been very busy assisting Xavier Griffith implement his new Cabinet and Government. We congratulate both Xavier Griffith and sir_c0nstant on a closely fought campaign. However news far more concerning has reached our desk here at ANP Party headquarters. This news relates to binda33 and the hypocrisy of the Austalian Military Party.
Right from its very inception the Australian Military Party has been a flawed concept. Involvement of the military in our nation's politics is a fundamental conflict of interest and dangerous to the freedom of our nation. Already several attempts were made to further militarize our country during the last Prime Ministerial election campaign under the guise of a PTO threat. ANP's opposition to these efforts was loud and strong, and we will continue to protect the freedoms of our citizens.
The ANP's view is that the military and politics must be kept strictly separate. ANP has many high ranking soliders in the eAustralian military but we keep it strictly professional and would never attempt to use our positions within the military to influence political debate.
Binda33's improper behaviour.
ANP also wishes to raise in the public interest a number of illegal activities by binda33, Senator, Senate Speaker, Dropbears Deputy Marshall and a key operative of the AMP:
1. Binda33 was found guilty by the Inspector-General of illegally accessing a government owned list for the purpose of furthering the interests of the AMP and subsequently rewarded by being appointed Dropbear Marshall;
2. Binda33 was fired from her position as Deputy Minister of Industrial Relations for using Defence orgs improperly for the purpose of spamming articles with trollish comments and subsequently rewarded with an Order of Australia medal; and
3. While holding no government position at all, Binda33 improperly accessed the Diamond GFC beyond her authority and without Government knowledge, for which the Inspector-General found her guilty and recommended a sanction be imposed. She was rewarded for this misconduct by reinstatement to the position of Deputy Marshall.
All these are FACTS....
ANP has now discovered that Binda33 has also been receiving extra weapons as a Dropbear soldier. This is in direct contravention of Military and Senate policy that states Senators (who are by the rules of the game landlocked) cannot be a member of the Dropbears elite mobile military unit. The military reform of ACUK removing all landlocked Senators and Party Presidents to the AAR (even Field Marshalls) caused a lot of conflict but it was enforced strictly. But now one exception emerges...
Why is Binda33 the one always breaking Government rules?
Why is the AMP always defending her?
Why is Binda33, the teflon-coated darling of eAustralia, always reappointed to positions of responsibility each time she is found guilty?
Why does AMP keep defending binda33's lawless behaviour?
The ANP is blowing the whistle on these shonky practices right now, and we demand that it stops immediately. It's time for the Government to find some fresh blood, some new public servants who are prepared to follow the law and serve Australia faithfully.

Binda keeps breaking the law over and over and over again. What happens? She gets fired, but she is back in a authority position a couple of days later.
Just recently she broke 2 more laws. Yes, she was stood down from her cabinet position, but she was still in the very powerful speaker position.
Now she has been given power in the military and once again she has broken the law.
STOP THIS MADNESS.
Is this all politics is now? Wouldn't it be amazing if parties just concentrated on whats best for the county and not on scoring points against each other.

What is best for the country is having people incharge who are honest and who are not breaking the law.
Binda is breaking the law over and over and binda is being put back into power over and over and over.
It seems to be the culture in eAus that people can flagrantly ignore the laws of the land because their mates will look after them...(and reward them afterwards)

Binda has done alot for this nation... but I didn't realise all this... We need to appreciate what she has done, and realise that no-one is perfect... That being said, fair punishment is required for stepping over boundries, but then once carried out, forgive and move on...
I agree, their is a culture within eaus where people can break the law and get away with it, because they know their mates will save them or put them back in another position later on.
i think you people mean that some high ranking officals break the rules because they know they wont get in trouble for it if they get caught

It seems the ANP can't cope with the fact they lost another election.
But there is some truth in this article if she is in the Dropbears and a Senator as you say. I have nothing against her being speaker however because she was elected. But she must choose between Dropbears and Senate.

ffs ANP! You and the AMP need to STFU and look good for the smaller parties! Before I left the AMP we hardly ever trolled and the ANP always trolled us! Since then in response the AMP have trolled back! (something we said we wouldn't do) Both sides need to just f***ing stop. To whoever wrote this article (I'm guessing Infin) You need to take a long look at yourself and say "I need to top being a douchey troll ever since I was made PP and set an example for the younger members". You have been given the spot as top party now a wise man once said "with great power, comes great responsibility". I also agree with what CrusaderScarl said, events of the past few months are making wish I joined the military. There is truth in here about Binda33 but there is no need to launch a smear campaign. So the moral of this story is, "if you are going to launch a smear campaign, get Crowded House to do it!" At least CH knows how to do one!

I want to help in Cabinet, I haven't repeatedly broken the rules, but I don't get a look in. Yet Binda keeps getting the good roles?
Something is very very suss here.
This isn't a AMP thing it's an eAustralia wide thing, the same people run this nation in a merry-go-round.
At first I though this was a simple lack of ambition with new blood not willing to step forward and take risks, but I've been here for a while now and the same faces are still at the top. Some "retire" to let others step forward but a couple of months down the line they are back in the same old spots.
Occasionally someone like bass will step forward with a lineup of new blood, and subsequently be blasted for it and not win.
But I'm ranting change is inevitable just like we got rid of all the eIndo bootlickers, I'm confident we'll get rid of the Old Boys Club.
I hardly think you can tie together AMP with Binda's cabinet roles considering the last 2 terms have been an Independent running the country. Also I'd always be willing to step in and defend an ACP comrade even if they were in the wrong. Sticking up for your party members is never a bad thing.
I digress though and I'm not going to get involved in the ANP/AMP business.
The reason Binda keeps getting 'good rolls' within eAustralia is because she is fantastic at her job. She works harder than most people and seems to genuinely care about eAustralia.
Binda keeps being included in many different cabinets because she gets the job done. She is hard working and passionate about her jobs and she certainly spends more time helping eAustralia than any of her critics.
Seriously though, you are limiting yourself to the harshest interpretation of the law instead of looking at what the law actually means. Binda is the dropbear marshall(so basically a member of the dropbears) while also being landlocked. She used Dropbear weapons to fight in battles that we were all deployed to.
If you honestly want to complain about the leader of the dropbears using weapons that are meant for dropbears to fight in battles that the dropbears are meant to fight in you need to get a grip of what's important.
Notice how all DBs are defending Binda. That is your reason why she has the position of Marshall/Deputy.
Like you said; military and politics should be separate.
I commend the ANP for keeping us all up to date with the goings on. This Binda character is obviously a hardened criminal.
Thank goodness the ANP is here to protect us all. What on earth would we do without ANP?
Oh, I know what we'd all do. We'd have to think for ourselves. Where would it all end?

Im not in any party, but there is clearly all politics, as you made an attack against AMP. Wasn't Binda a member of ANP for like 7 months if you ask me, she was obviously brought up in a culture of breaking rules in the ANP (it isn't that hard to write these articles and make these statements isn't it 😉 )
The fact is, until an inquiry into this by the IG, Binda should retain her job , but the fact also is ANP suck, always have sucked, and if they continue to try and be the "impartial" whistle blower, always will suck

Binda broke the law, the senate was given options by the IG and then conducted 5 different votes, votes on what sanction to have, a vote to add another option, another vote to choose the sanction, a vote to make sure we chose the right sanction. TBH, i would much prefer if we hadn't lost 100 potential active citizens over the last 5 days.
Crime and punishment, yes, but make the choice, move on, if there's someone better for the role, let themn step up. Until that point, if they do the job, and do it well, dont throw them out because of mistakes or small lacks of judgement.
I would, for clarification, also say this if SC, infin or Discrate1 was on the recieving end. Or any ANP member for that matter.

It is a political attack. I wrote it because I have had a gutful of the special treatment and "favourites syndrome", and to differentiate that the ANP actually cares about the ethics of public office. Ethics seem to run a far distant second place around here, second to looking after mates.
Tim_Holtz, I suggest you check where the Dropbears have been fighting for the last few weeks. We haven't had to leave our home in quite a while now and have still been hitting every major EDEN battle 😃
Things to clarify: The AMP are not responsible for Binda's position in the military nor does she represent the AMP Party as a whole. She was ACUK Marshal for months before joining AMP. Just as the AMP had already grown top 5 before she joined us.
I understand there are problems in the halls of power but as mentioned above it goes deeper than party politics.
Part of the minimum standard of being a dropbear is not being landlocked, it is the case for all of acuk and dropbears.
Machinemadness and ezekiel thomas resigned there senate seats so as not break the rules.
But the rules about being landlocked and a dropbear don't count for binda33. WHY....

Gotta agree with Larni. Binda doesn't represent all of AMP and even if she did she represents it well 99% of the time.
tbh i rely couldnt care less about this childish bickering its just a game but in saying that rules should apply to everyone but the rules are made up by those who run the country not the game mechanics so there is no way to enforce them and giving extra weapons to those who are our strongest is always a good idea

agreed ANP binda33 needs to go. She isn't interested in a better Australia she's only interested in her personal power and power over others. This is something i've noticed from my first day in Australia.
hmmmm... I've nothing bad to say about Binda, as she has always been fair to me. But what Aus Askar says pretty much sums up how I feel. One major problem around here is the same 20-30 people keep getting all the cherry positions, and it's not because there aren't other talented people out there. But, month after month, it seems all the PM candidates have the same people in their cabinet.
I have heard the "active" excuse thrown around, but it seems to relate more toward IRC/forum activity. TBH, I know I will never get a position because I don't go on IRC often, and I think 90% of what goes on in the forum is non-sense so I don't go there outside of to visit the military / senate areas. BUT, I would still consider myself active, just in a different sense.
I think one thing that would really help is to have term limits for military and cabinet appointments - 3 months in row is enough, then the individual should be required to be outside the cabinet for at lease one term before going back.
It seems to be the culture in ANP to blame anyone but the ANP. If ANP members do wrong we have to forgive and forget (please play the victim card now). But we have already had a number of posts on the forum the other day with a zillion replies and that was not good enough lets bring it back up.
And on that topic, will the ANP support the sale of GFC's so their senators can buy them again for next to nothing?

I see alot of the blame being thrown on AMP. Binda breaks the "rules," get's punished and is given another position. Where is the blame that should be rightfully placed on the person giving her the position back? It is not an AMP member giving her those positions, it is more often than not an Independent. How do you blame the AMP for that action. And if/when she broke those rules, that was the AMP fault? Did the AMP force her to break those rules? Me thinks not. So placing even 1 small % of this blame on the AMP is a very blatant attempt at stirring up more political BS on the ANP part. That may not by hypocrisy but it should looks like child's play to me.

Attempting to paint an entire party as criminals because of the actions of one person is RL politics at its worst.
It is true I defended Binda33, but never on a guilt or innocence basis. I wanted to make sure that the punishment fitted the crime. I also disagreed with the attempts at censure that were not covered in our body of law and were against precedent.
I'm not going to allow the ANP to start their paranoid smear campaign against the AMP and this time be successful in making it look like the AMP are the bad guys. People talk about the ANP/AMP war, but its easy to see who fired the first shot.

What Aus said was 100% right this country is dominated by the same old boys club who don't really see it as a problem if one of their own abuses their position. Heck we can all see any 'punishment' Binda did get was only really temporary and was just for show.
If it was someone like discrate doing what Binda has done you would all be up in arms and out for his blood.
But thats where our country fails, there are really two systems one for all you guys who have posted defending Binda and one for the silent majority who pay for your shiny positions and are the real eAustralia. The community doesn't only exist with the handful of players who use IRC everyday.

I figure it's probably prudent that I point one more thing out. Dropbears are field marshalls. WE GET NO BENEFIT FROM USING WEAPONS. If Binda fought bare-handed or with Q5's it wouldn't matter to her since the only benefit Field Marshalls get from fighting is the exp(which is the same barehanded or fully equiped).
Another point you should probably take heed of is that fact that all of us who are in the Dropbears are there because we want to help eAustralia. We don't get any special benefits or trade-offs. We sacrifice our time and quite often our own gold for the betterment of eAus.
We don't recieve special bonusses for waking up at 3am and fighting in an important battle. We don't get extra gold because we can't fight where we want to fight and instead have to be deployed where eAus wants us most. Sure, we get more weapons than the average soldier but since we are Field Marshalls weapons mean a lot less to us. Basically we don't care whether we fight bare handed or fully loaded, the only reason we use weapons at all is to create more damage for this country.

How can any anyone defend someone who so blatantly and consistently ignores simple rules for personal benefit? The answer is because they are part of the same morally bankrupt system that looks after its own.
The government should be for the benefit of the people not for the benefit of the members of the ruling elite.
Binda is corrupt. It has been proven. It's as simple as that. She should be stood down from all Government positions and Military leadership positions.
