Today we start the 4th edition of the eNetherlands.nl Community Award show!

Prizes
There is a lot to win.
Because of sponsorship we are able to hand out nearly 5 Gold in prizes!
- The winner of the category with the most votes overall -> 3 Gold
- The winner of Best Newspaper / Publisher -> 1 Gold
- The winner of Upcoming citizen -> 75NLG + 7 Q2 Weapons
- The runner-up of Upcoming citizen -> 25NLG + 3 Q2 Weapons

The Future
The DND has ended its political activities. But very important: The Awards will continue!
We are planning a new Org and a new Newspaper to host our event. For this we need funding. If you want to help us out then donate to the current DND Org. Thank you!

altough I like this initiative, i have some issues with it.

So, sorry to ruin the party:
* it is not clear that this is a private initiative, ´eUNL awards´ sounds like the official country awards, which atm it isn´t, or is it? anyway, it´s unclear.
* Apotygma isn´t really a eUNL citizen atm
* andreasissakson has allready won 2 times the Citizen of the Month (non-congress) awards, and I really wonder why he been nominated again! Why not give other people a chance at being nominated (I think my complaint is legitimate and objective since I´m the only person other than Andreas to ever won that award).

No problem, questions are welcome. Here are the awnsers:
1. If it were a goverment event it should be clear, but its a private initiative. The sponsors should be a real give-away that this is not an goverment event.

2. Sometimes the political situation changes during the events. We try to but as up-to-date as possible. For now will keep the nominees as they are.

3. Every forumuser has the option to send in nominees. I can only recommend to send in nominees next month. You are allowed to send in more then 1 nominee. So do send in those "other people" next month and your complaint solves itself 😉
