Brief Announcements:
- All Congress Members must vote NO to the proposal issuing 2244 BEF for 11 gold! This was not discussed properly and the Polish Congressman submitting it resigned and left the country.
- All Congress Members must vote NO to the proposal donating 4817 ESP to Cyber Invest for it has not been discussed and we have our own national bank!
- All Congress Members must vote NO to the proposal for changing tax on food by hellmartin. It has not been discussed and such reform will destroy our economy!
- The SMU program has been delayed to next week.
We have won the presidential fight! Vive Olv007 and all of eBelgium for voting what is true and what is right!
Many problems still lie ahead of us. We must secure our borders as well as our internal affairs. After shadowukcs' defeat, the foreigners will no longer be amiable to our cause of neutrality. In me, there is a fear so great that none can extinguish; but we will work it out!
I say once again, Congratulations my friends, my brothers and sisters! We are one-step ahead of our plights, one more step for our future, and another for progress!
Today, we made history like any other, but tomorrow, we will make a future that is better than any other.

Malaysia, Japan, China, South Africa... all countries striving for neutrality and that's a wish I can respect, even though they all have varying degrees of success.
Don't try to push someone else into something you want.

Malaysia: Neutrality success! Stays neutral even though it was attacked by Indonesia several times!
Japan: Neutrality so-so, let both PEACE and EDEN through to the other side of the world.
