Super-Commune Test-Run Shows Results

Members of the SFP (eUSA), CPSU & RWF (eRussia), PKeI (eIndonesia), Red Brigade (international), and SPP (eFinland) are participating. Comrades are on the way from the PCP (eUK). Most of the theory, and all of the press releases have come from comrade Maksim Chuikov.

I'd like to share with you a summary of our initial test run of crashing the market, and share with you what we hope to accomplish in the coming weeks.

At 5:00 eRepublik time today, 3000 units of q1 food was dumped onto the eRussian market selling at .45 rubles.

It was calculated that to break even for most companies they would have to charge .47, but as a general rule they never dipped below .60. As we speak the current price is .61. It took exactly 5 hours and 23 minutes for this food to be sold. That is actually a pretty good estimate of the market, 5:00 eRepublik time is 4:00 PM (Moscow) to 6:00 PM (Yekaterinburg) Russian time, so effectively we dominated the Q1 food market between about 5 PM and 1 AM in Russia. (This is taking into account that most Russians live in GMT +3 or +4.)

Next time I would release it at 2:00 eRepublik time, as 3 to 5 PM Russian time can be considered a 'peak' playing time. (Kids getting out of school, common work shifts getting off at 4/5, etc... or at least it is in the US, any Russians care to correct me? Razz)

This is a breakdown of sales per hour after 7:00 eRepublik time. I would have gotten updates from 05:00 to 07:00 eRep time (which is the same as US Pacific Time), but I wasn't awake. Razz

That means in the space of 2 hours (5:00 to 7:00 eRep time) the Super-Commune sold an average of 331 units of q1 food. Unfortunately I don't have the distribution between those two hours, but logically more units were probably sold closer to 5:00 than 7:00. I think it is safe to say that if we started this test a bit earlier we may have only dominated the market for 3-4 hours instead of 5, as a great deal of native Russians were probably either asleep or doing something else.

This shows you what we are able to do, and that this is going to work. With the profits obtained from that single test we managed to recoup our damages for the whole Commune program thus far. Think of what will happen if we drop 10k Q1 food on the market for .40, at 1:00 eRepublik time! I'm betting that 10k food would dominate the market for probably upwards of 8-9 hours. This will facilitate the destruction of unstable companies in the market, letting us buy up the competition and getting the ball rolling.

I come to you today with this small example. Imagine the possibilities! This is not just dumping a lot of people into a country to "Make it Communist". This is economic warfare at it's best. But we can't make this project work unless we have the support of the workers! I am asking everyone to consider forming a team of workers to come over to the Russian communes and help us.

Any of the American contingency in the Super Commune may request food from SFP Commune stockpiles in emergency situations. Moving tickets are being saved for election night for those who would be interested in moving back to the eUS to help elect our congressional candidates. Tickets will also be available as needed for other reasons. Gifts are available for anyone who overfights or otherwise is having trouble with wellness and we can decide what to do with weapons.
