100, it's just a number, isn't it?
In a way yes, but still it is numbers like this, that make us reflext on ourself and events that happend.

And a lot of happened indeed in the days since I started playing.
Some good and a lot not so good.

here's a little history :

The Beginnings :

My first days of work were in a weapon compagny.
I did not like weapons, but it was the only compagny offering jobs back than to people skill 0.
So when I saw a job had opened in a food compagny 3 days later, I was so glad and jumped over to there.

Little did I know back than how that one job switch would pay out.

The big mistakes :

Shorty after ariving I discovered the forums.
I jumped right in by making bold proposals and wild claims.
This have given me to some people the attitude of a rebel,
hurting me in my political path, though those effects slowly have worn off.

But the biggest mistake of those early days was losing 5 Gold!
I was not happy with only a few NLG wage, I wanted to own a compagny!
And it looked like ages, before I would ever own 20 Gold, set aside the 5 Gold for an org, and money for wages and raws.
How could I earn more?
The Moneymarket!
So I placed an offer. 5 Gold for 0.016 NLG
what? yes you read it correct, that was my mistake.
inexperienced with the eRep way of trading currency I lost my first 5 Gold for a meager 8 cents
AUTCH!

My last mistake was one many of you do not have to worry about.
I bought Q1 food those early days, cheap food, thus saving me for more.
But that I discovered on the wellness effect on my productivity.
And, being able to do math, I noticed my boss was losing money on me, bigtime.
Here she was, investing in me, and I was cheaping her off with Q1 food.
BAD ME!
So since that day I invested nearly all my wage in Q4 food, asked for a loan to buy a Q2 house.
to become the High wellness worker I am today.

Becoming active :

Seeing my economic sharpness, cocoamok, who also provided me with the loan for the house,
allowed me to become manager of the state compagny's. This has learned me a lot of managing a compagny,
and about how our nation economicly is run.

Also I mastered Money Marked trading, and my personal fortune grew as well.

Political :

My way of become active in politics was different than most would do.
Instead of looking what they wanted, I wanted a party were I could share my views.
I wrote down what my ideas were for this nation and I asked what party could let me spread these ideas.
Two party's responded on an attractive way DTS and LCD.
I chooice DTS, they had and have an open policy to new ideas and are more accesable as a new member.

Because of drastic campaigning (spended more money on that than the 5 Gold reward of congresman)
I made it congresman in first try!

I invented and introduced Wellness Depending Wage.
I made the State Compagny's from a inefficient mess to both well-paying and Low-Selling.
This kind of actions did irritate some people who loved rules and regulation more, than end results.
When I overdid it by pm-ing workers with interesting news of free stuff they could win,
I was relieved of duty as state manager.
With pain in my heart I have seen both the incompetence and the low wages return in state compagny.
Incompetence paid for by YOUR tax money. I hope that one day I can become manager once again.

However many did aknowlege my skills.
Many orgs asked if I wanted to work for them as manager, at a fee, even W!
I accepted the offer from W, and now the impossible had happened!
I managed the very compagny I worked for. The world had turned, slave became master!

later on more and more compagny's were added to my managment list.

And that My first compagny saw the daylight! Guldenweege GunsQ1
It had to close after a while, cause I rush-started it, my funds were low and I could not afford 3 days without selling.
But it reopened and is now providing fair paid jobs and is making money for me🙂

The MM trade, I stopped with.
It takes to much time, even when it is more profitable than manegment.
Managment is a lot more fun.
I do use the MM skills still though, to save a few percent when doing international trade.

Politics :

My greatest succes is the invention and the realiasation of the Training compagny's
Never more any skill 0 worker will have to be without job!
It solved an endless discussion about how to provide these jobs and who should pay for it once and for all.
While I hope I may manage my own masterpiece one day, I am glad they excist.

Minor succes I have made would be some passed proposals concerning taxes, or procedures.
I was one of the first persons shouting congress should be english, and while I was not the one to impement it,
Glad that is realised as well.

Within the party a lot has changed.

From member I became Congresman
From Congresman I was asked to be Vice-PartyPresiden
Our number of seats rose from, 3 to 5 due strategic voting, our members rose from 20 to 30.
Fresh blood like me entered the party.
Though we're not there yet, once near dead DTS has been revived!

Recent :

Opened my first joint-venture in Peru, with Cult
This is quite an adventure, a new country with inreliable factors like fluctuating currency.
First profits slowly are coming in though.

Bought myself 2 more orgs to be able to import raws the easy way.
Also bought a cheap ticket compagny, still have to put it into action though.

Politics :

I MADE IT PARTYPRESIDENT
I am now President of DTS, I am still in proces of reforming the party.
But I hope this will make DTS grow into a larger party, on any aspect.

Couple of Great changes in the game in these 100 days

*Starting Fee 30 NLG became 10 NLG
*Staring wages of 10 NLG became 5 NLG
*5.5*skill wages avarage, dropped to 4*skill wages avarage
*NLG value 0.016 became 0.014/0.015 NLG
*Fixed currency was dropped
*Worker shortage was changed in a worker surplus
*A Q5 hospital was build
*Training wars apeard
*Training compagny's apeard
*Merge with Belgium happed
*The empire of Romania Died
*Atlantis died
*Court of Law appeared
*All mayor Political party's but DTS, merged or changed name

What the next 100 days will bring?
