While the leading elements of the Canadian Armed Forces were liberating Holland, the Dutch Queen was given an entire section of Canada's Capital, Ottawa, to seek refuge in and give birth to a beautiful baby, and heir to a throne. Indeed, during those times of trouble, Canada acted on basic human instinct: help another. The Prime Minister of Canada “gave” Holland a portion of Ottawa as a national territory so that the royal family would feel at home, and so that the little prince would become a Dutch citizen, as was expected, to continue the line.
The Queen’s gratitude was immeasurable, not only was Canada a steadfast liberator and ally, but Canada made no request for thanks. Despite Canada’s insistence, Holland initiated an annual tradition of sending over one thousand of their finest tulips too Ottawa.

Now take a step back from reality and immerse yourself into a war-engulfed North America. Canada fell first, and the USA soon followed. We were both on our last breaths and awaiting our finishing blows, yet we made a pact with each other: to stand true to one another as bros...allies for life.
Canada could never have reached unity without the United States. The sheer amount of infrastructure support, deployed marines, anti-PTO teams, moral support, economic aid and supplies defied imagination.
Dear Brothers,
We know you don’t need our thanks, as you know we are brothers in blood, but the least we can do is make it known that Canadians appreciate a great ally, especially one that lets us crash on their couch in New Jersey (or Florida) after our house was engulfed by the fire of war.
Therefore, It is with our most sincerest thanks that we initiate “Give Your Bro A Gift” Day.
On October 31st, American citizens will be immersed with 1000's of presents from their Canadian bros, ranging from wellness gifts to guns, to houses; to raw materials for companies, or even Gold or currency.
We hope you will be ready, because the Canadians sure will!
On behalf of a grateful nation,
Thank you.
Hail the Brolliance!

Merci.
Vive la Brolliance!

You ladies and gentlemen are awesome. I spent a month in Alberta back in June/July, and everyone I met was very nice, very cordial. Made a few friends that I keep in touch with (sadly, don't talk as often as we'd like.) Just want to say that you are all great people and I'm proud to know you here and for some of you, perhaps, IRL as well.

You got it!
