[ZM] The art of Power spinning

The art of power spinning is a dangerous one indeed but it is a sacred past time in the more rural areas of Austria.
In the year 2013 archaeologists unearthed a groundbreaking discovery in Vienna. Right there in the backyard of a hobo was a broken tablet with ancient drawings. These drawings which fit for the time period of 240 BD depicted a female swaying her seemingly engorged phalli around. This was clear proof that these ancient tribes had technology more advanced than ever thought before. The power spin as we all know was the inspiration for inventions such as the windmill and the rotary propeller. Harnessing the power of wind while at the same time arousing both the farmers and livestock. This leads to happy man-cow marriages and this is a corner stone of Austrian society. A proud country needs marriages it can be proud of as marriage is one of the most important traditions to uphold.

The art of the power spin is to attach oneself to some sort of person or object, as any action requires some sort of fundamentals or foundations. Once attached the participant rides said foundation and swings their phallus around similar to how a helicopter propeller operates. As the phallus goes around in a circular motion it builds momentum and becomes nearly impossible to stop. It is very important that onlookers steer clear because the results of getting in the way of the power spin's path could be explosive. We at the Austrian parliament would like those of you whom still practice this practice that stands the test of time to simply play it safe. And to also just... Take it sleazy. And I'm out.
