The Military of Opportunity (MOO) is an eCanadian Military Unit focused on the buffing of Division 1 and Division 2 players while AVOIDING the accumulation of experience points (XP).

Financial Report
I update the members of the MU in our group PM. I account for all transactions going through the MU account, including the proceeds of the fundraising activities (Q7 weapon donations, Q7 food profits, Q7 weapon profits). The opening balance of the current report ties to the closing balance of the previous report.

On the benefits of membership...
This week, our three Division 1 members have collectively earned $516 through Combat Orders. Our single Division 2 member ahs earned $118 through Combat Orders. In addition, each of these members received 10xQ7 food + 2xQ7 weapons each day.
If you aren't getting access to this sort of arrangement, there is room for you in the Military of Opportunity.
On the bumps in the road...
We encountered our first problem. Setting the threshold at 52% was too low and prevented access to the Combat Order. Combat Orders now have a threshold of 60%.
On the performance of our Division 1 and Division 2 soldiers...
If you look at the Weekly Leaderboard for Division 1, there are three members of MOO in the top 10; Siketo is first, MarioRV is fourth, and lilindy89 is tenth. Note that there are 51 players on the Division 1 leaderboard.
If you switch over to Division 2, our lone member in that Division is ranked 21st of the 76 eCanadians there.
I would like to think that MOO's support helped these players realize their potential. I look forward to seeing our members decorating the Top 10 in Division 1 and Division 2.

The MOO MU is a closed MU. We are targeting a membership of no more than 30 (max size of group pm) and no less than 20 (10 workers @ $30 a day plus 10 Division 1 and Division 2 peeps getting 2 guns and 200 health each day plus CO's).

Great idea using today's rules to eCanada's advantage. How exactly does a div 1 and 2 player avoid unnecessary xp?
Our members click fight to make money, they don't have to click "work" to make money.
Full training grounds are a must... 140k odd buys full TG's for a player (without sale) dig deep. Lower division strength is becoming an important commodity.

Although, I'm currently working for Jx3 Shabbo, a few dollars but food and weapons.
How would Moo be advantageous for lvl 25 - 969 strength - 6100 exp lvl ?
MOO is geared towards D1 + D2 players us D3 + D4 guys work at commune wages so we can make money for you all to fight in battles to earn money. If you are very active you stand to profit, as well as supplies of tanks.
Addy can be more detailed.
You would lose your job, so deduct the pay you get from Jx3.
You would get 20 hits at Q7, compare that to your weapon drop.
you would get 200 health, compare that to your food drop.
Then you would get access to MU specific Combat Orders ($100 per million) all day.
As the MU improves and has more funds available, I'd like to open up a Combat Order for Division 3 as well at $50 per million but I want to fill up the MU first to see how much cash is available, if any, once we are operating at capacity.
To ease the comparison:
Since you are working for a commune for CoI you get 7 Q6 weapons and 65 units of Q5 food.
In Addy's MU you would get 2 Q7s and 20 Q5 along with paid orders. ($100cc/million damage)

Another way:
COI = 650 health plus 42 hits @ Q6
MOO = 200 health plus 20 hits @ Q7 plus Combat Orders (Div 1 = $500/mill, Div 2 = $100/mill), we have never run out of budget on a Combat Order.
Thanks for clarifying. Moo sounds great, unfortunately, probably wrong time for me - seems I'd be barking up the wrong cow. I can't fight competitively with a low strength right now at current level. Most likely best scenario is turning into a 2-clicker for a while, build strength, focus on getting lots of SS....
Tg's are at beginner levels and priority is to get them advanced.
Whats up with "no on-sale offers" anymore for upgrading tg's(?)
