Afternoon WTPers,

As promised somewhere, I come bearing more updates from the party.

This has been an exciting last few days for the party, so I think it's fitting to put all of our work in an article, rather than a Newsletter. Anyways, we'll be covering the infamous Bill 1, a Forum Drive, Internal Affairs and New Leadership, Congressional sign-ups, as well some personal stuff.

To begin- Lets talk Bill One


Now if only WTP's Office actually looked like that

To give a little backstory, Bill 1 was mainly inspired by various things I noticed weren't clicking in the party. For many cycles I had newbs coming to me, very active at that, not being allowed to vote. For many cycles I also had people slipping through the cracks in the Census. Hell, when I got into Congress I noticed at least 3 things that could be improved upon.

Law just got smexier

As usual, I encourage all WTPers to please rip this stuff up. Analyze the bill, debate your points, and be informed. No reason to agree with everything in there 😉

After 3-5 days of debate, I'll be posting the revised edition up for a 2 day vote. Every individual Act will be voted on, with a 66% supermajority being required individually for passage.
Next issue, very much relating to the "Please-Tear-Up-My-Bill-k-thnx-bye",

We're having a Forum Drive.

Basically, if you sign up to the Forums from the 20th to the 27th, you get 5 Q7 Tanks.
If you get a friend to sign you up and you mention that friend's name on your signup, they get 3 Q7 tanks.

Or, if you got someone to signup and they forgot to mention you (yeah, forgot), just send a Screen Shot and you'll be credited 😁.

Works out awersomely for everyone \o/

Internal Affairs has always been something of a beast. As mentioned last edition of whatever you wish to call these things, I talked of "taming" this beast by dividing it up.

Just to provide an update to that, at current Internal Affairs will most likely be divided into the following Depts...

Political Action Committee
Census
Retention
Communications

I've also started doing some training with the IA team to prepare them for Leadership work. Tanishq is being shown how to whitelist; Noa has been given the tools for becoming our replacement Mentoring Director..etc.



On a personal note, I just want to thank you all for your work
Though I may not always respond to your work as quickly as I'd like to, the work you do is of extreme importance. Activity may be pretty, make articles and have a natch for slogans...

But devotion is what keeps us going.
