[WTP Congress] Why WTP? I'll tell ya.

Day 2,408, 16:19 Published in USA USA by Talostastic

I am Talostastic, and I am skating my way to a Sixth term in Congress.

WTP recently finished their Party Primary and with almost no effort on my part, I stumbled into 1st place. This is absolutely humbling for me, and more than a little bit of an ego boost.

As such, I am dedicating this article to WTP's Congressional Hopefuls. We're a varied bunch, and we very rarely agree even with eachother. That makes us an important factor in Congress. You have the parties who vote mostly in Blocs. WTP isn't very good at that. With our mixture of opinions (and our share of antagonizers), we are a swing vote party, whose votes can be swayed to the side of what actually makes sense, short and long term, rather than a Party Line vote.

"But Talostastic", you say, no doubt incensed that I would paint such a picture of my party, "How do I know that my vote will get in the swing vote that I want to get the issue pushed forward that I support?" That's an excellent question, you don't! When you vote for WTP, you don't vote in favor of silly little things like Work Tax, or petty, 12 page fights over issues 2 years past. You vote for the type of people who find a way to mitigate some of the damage caused by events past. You vote for people who will vote for what they think is best for all of us, short and long-term.

So, on the 25th, vote We The People, for a stronger community, a stronger eCountry, and more cocaine-fueled stripper parties
