Taustamusiikki
Sodan Iso-Britanniaa vastaan päätyttyä saarivaltion wipeen ja rintaman sulkeutumiseen Suomen osalta, käännettiin katseet suhteellisen nopeasti kohti itää, jossa naapurimme Venäjä oli ehdotellut aluevaihdosta jo jonkin aikaa. Venäjän ehdotus koskee Leningrad Oblastin sekä Itä-Suomen alueita, jotka siis vaihdetaan päittäin. Kummaltakaan osapuolelta ei häviä yhtään omaa bonusta, vaan molemmat saavat uuden tuotantobonuksen - Venäjä aseisiin ja Suomi ruokaan.
Ohessa sopimus kokonaisuudessaan:
eRussia-eFinland concession agreement
Following a long history of peaceful coexistence, mutual understanding and military help to each other, eFinland and eRussia make this concession agreement to make a territorial swap in an effort to co-prosper and boost their economies with bonus resources.
1. As result of a training war described in the TW schedule, the two countries give temporary control over the following territories to each other:
- eRussia gives control of Leningrad oblast to eFinland;
- eFinland gives control of Eastern Finland to eRussia.
2. Once such control is established, the parties don't RW these regions from one another as long as the concession agreement is active.
3. The parties inform their allies and partners whatever the alliance of the agreement and make sure no action is taken by their armies to threaten control of eRussia over Eastern Finland or of eFinland over Leningrad oblast.
4. The concession agreement is active for 60 days since the peace treaty is accepted by both congresses, unless both country presidents of eRussia and eFinland decide otherwise.
5. The concession agreement may be prolonged further if both treaty counterparts agree to it.
6. In case that after the peace treaty is made either Eastern Finland or Leningrad Oblast is returned to its original country in violation of this agreement, the other region should also be returned to its original country through an RW by joint effort of eRussia and eFinland.
Should such situation take place, eRussia and eFinland shall look for the next mutually suitable opportunity to restore the agreement according to the TW Schedule.
TW SCHEDULE
1. eRussia NEs eFinland and attack Eastern Finland.
2. eFinland loses the campaign.
3. eRussia attacks any other region specified by eFinland's government.
4. eRussia loses the campaign.
5. eFinland attacks Leningrad oblast.
6. eRussia loses the campaign.
7. eFinland attacks any other region specified by eRussia's government.
8. eFinland loses the campaign.
9. The two countries then launch consecutive attacks and the attacking side loses each of them. By default the countries go for maximum delay of each next campaign, but an agreement made by the governments in IRC according to military situation may specify otherwise.
10. Once Leningrad oblast and Eastern Finland are taken by eFinland and eRussia respectively, these regions can't be RWed or attacked by the treaty counterpart.
Keeping control of these regions has first priority for each party.
11. At the first possible moment each country changes the NE law off from the treaty counterpart and then both countries make a peace treaty and restore their MPP.
Suomen eduskunta on jo keskustellut aiheesta ja on parhaillaan äänestämässä selvin luvuin kyseistä ehdotelmaa läpi. Äänestys loppuu puolenpäivän aikoihin torstaina. Sopimuksen löydät myös täältä
Kuten jo mainittua, sopimuksen myötä Suomi saa 20% suuruisen bonuksen ruoantuotantoon, Venäjän saadessa vastaavan lisän asetuotantoon. Kumpikin osapuoli omistaa myös toisen nyt vuokrattavan bonuksen, joten bonusmenetyksiä ei siis tapahdu. Lisäksi sopimus on omiaan vahvistamaan Suomen ja Venäjän välisiä jo ennestäänkin loistavia suhteita sekä sementoimaan maidemme välistä jatkuvaa yhteistyötä niin sotilaallisella kuin poliittisellakin näyttämöllä.
Venäjä asettaa Suomen NE:kseen jo tänä iltana johtuen heidän kireästä aikataulustaan, mutta panttaavat ääniä kunnes Suomen eduskunta on virallisesti hyväksynyt ehdotelman.

verot palautetaan alueista ?
Ei palautella, turhaa säätöä ja laskentaa. Molemmat maat pitävät vaihdetuista alueista saatavat verotulot. Suomi taitaa jopa jäädä hieman voitolle.

Itteni ehdottaa peliliikettä elikkäs ei annetakaan Venäjälle sitä aluetta. Sitten otetaan ensinnä Leningraadi ja työnnytään yhtäkkiä Siperiaan asti ja nautitaan venäjän 5/5-bonuksista.
Kulostaa aika hyvältä, 3/5. Jos halutaan et tulee 5/5 suunitelma, niin mennään siperiaan asti, ja siitä japaniaan, ja siitä usahan, ja siitä irlantiin, ja siitä englantiin, ja siitä norjan kautta ruotsiin ja vallataan kaikki, ja sit ois aika 5/5

No johan on, Venäjä vie jo peleisseäkin naapureidensa alueet..Kattokaas nyt äkkiä ettei esim länsi-suomessa ole venäläisiä majailemassa, voipi käydä niin et Äiti tulee puolustamaan lapsiensa oikeuksia 🙂
