[US-AIM] Fighting the Good Fight

Day 1,997, 23:14 Published in USA Canada by DMV3

Tonight I was all set to publish an update on Praetorian Guards, but instead I feel I need to explain some things about US-AIM. First though let me take the time to thank all of our troops for a successful battle in Aquitaine.

A couple days ago we were asked by President Artela to deliver a victory in Aquitaine against Serbia. In the spirit of cooperation we decided to bring the pain to Serbia. We are proud to say that not only did we deliver those results, we delivered even after Serbia made Aquitaine Campaign of the Day. The battle was closed by turning the walls in our favor in Division 2 and 3 in the final minutes of the campaign.

Three weeks ago I began approaching leaders of military units I felt would make good partners in an alliance of military units I was looking to create as a way to generate fun, help each group with recruitment, and most importantly use it to rebuild a community that has seen better days.

As most of you have read in the media over the last week, people have many ideas of what US-AIM should or should not be, but defining US-AIM is not their choice to make. Defining US-AIM is not even a decision I can make. I know some people want US-AIM to become political, others want it to cooperate with the government, and still others want it to just go away so the status quo can remain intact. What these people do not understand is that what makes US-AIM special is that the members MUs choose what US-AIM becomes. No single person has control and no one can make any person or group do anything against their will because membership is voluntary. Freedom of choice, and the free flow of ideas is what has created US-AIM, and those things are the only things that will keep it together.

Choice is also what makes independent military units special, because when a member chooses a military unit they are consenting to follow the rules and orders of that military unit. This is what makes both independent militias and US-AIM so revolutionary, no one person controls another. No one need bully another into submission because it only thrives through respect and cooperation. These qualities have long been missing from our great nation, but today marks a new beginning for our nation, Today is a new day in America.

Today we start the arduous task of making our country a place where we all want to work, fight, and play once again.

If you’re looking for fun, adventure, and a sense of community join one of our Military Units.
