[UKRP - CONGRESS] Vote Gav Miller for London!

Day 1,099, 10:05 Published in United Kingdom USA by Gav Miller

Ohai there London,

I'll be running for congress this month in our fair Capital. This will be my first time running for congress so my experience in regards to party politics is slim however I have a lot of military experience and in these times we need people with a military head. A few notable positions held have been in Command as Staff Officer in the SAS, 2nd in command of the Army Training Corps and then on to become CO of the Army Training Corps for a brief period of time. A list of further positions held and several awards can be found here.

I hope to be an active member of the House of Commons and will use my voting powers responsibly with a touch of common sense to benefit all eUK citizens. I stand against the Armed Services Bill as it hinders the Military from doing the job they have been asked to do, especially if certain people are offline and thus orgs cannot be replenished with GBP and/or weapons/food/MTs/etc. By all means there should be accountability but the Military needs to be allowed the freedom to do what they need to do without Congress stepping in at every turn.

The people of the United Kingdom are in a dangerous position at the moment with the threat of EDEN looming over London. Project London is something that I strongly support and I hope to message the people of my region throughout my term to try and produce even more support for this idea. My message would also include information about the eUK Forum, we'd all be lost without it and there are many active and promising players that have yet to find it!

Vote Gav Miller on the 25th.
