Hello animals of all shapes and sizes,
I am running once again for PP and hopefully this time I WON'T be stopped by a stupid PTO or at least a threat of one. So, why am I running you ask? Well, I am running for many reasons which will be disclosed in this article, but a major reason is purely because I have never been Party President before and to be perfectly honest, I think I could give a pretty good shot at it. I mean, I have the experience, the morals, the dedication and hopefully the support. Besides...I would like to use this...VVVVV

So, what will I do? My target is to get more seats than ever in parliament, to make a difference, rather than (like some) sit there and hope that they don't do worse than the last PP. I want to actually make sure that the people get a say in the country's politics other than the general election and the congressional election. Democracy is based around the people - isn't it? However, that concept, in my opinion is slipping away and rather than voting for the party and their ideas we are starting to vote for a single, a man or woman who have their own views. I mean, especially in eRepublik, what have the CPs in the past year ACTUALLY done to progress or improve our country. Please, ex - CPs do not take this to offence, but what, have you actually done to really improve the country? It is always the same, they always do the same things over and over. I propose once PP, to support someone who will actually progress the country in the right way, for the better.
So what else will I do? I want to start a major friendship program which will not only hopefully start many happy coalitions in the future, but also help the UKPP to have support in any up coming elections. As I stated in my last manifesto, if any party is to win any election in this game they will need a coalition or support from other parties (unless they are like the old TUP). I think that the long friendship with the UKRP is going stale over time and I hope that I can renew that as well, because although I know that there are some past enemies inside of the UKRP, I think that it would be a useful alliance for both parties.

But "what have the CPs in the past year ACTUALLY done to progress or improve our country", I wouldn't say that...for example we are a country with good resources now, that didn't happen by itself, or we had/have good allies and so on...that is part thanks to CPs and their teams.
^ This. eUK is never going to be a Serbia or Romania. We've done tremendously well to get the bonuses we have for which, like him or loathe him, you have to thank SerF. Yes, we got screwed by BA; some say we got screwed by Adastros and Wayne; then we got screwed by BA again and his "return to democracy" (well, that really worked out, didn't it?) but in general we've punched well beyond our weight and that's got to be down in some part to good country leadership.
Remember - the CP is only one part of a wider team. A good CP with a lousy cabinet is going to produce far fewer results than a crap CP with an excellent cabinet (though a good CP would generally have the nous to put a decent cabinet in place in the first place...)
