[UK]What is Your Desire?
There is no shame in losing battles. It is how we learn, grow, and get stronger. Strength through activity, Activity through Unity, Unity through Strength.

In early November, a plan was hatched. A plan that would forever alter the United Kingdom, not in the eyes of the World, but in the eyes of its own citizens. This Operation was called French Toast, namely because it invoved the joint, five front invasion of, obviously, France.
The UK would be the only country that lost regions during that war. They lost the peaceful Union of the UK and Belgium, which had existed for about 6 months. It would become fearful of invasion and defence, almost too timid in a game which is built around war.

Fast forward now, and you'll find many articles about the UK and it's "death". In truth, no country can die, but the UK has slowly been dwindling in active citizens, activity overall, production, with crashing markets and overall not a great outlook. Many of its experienced members are veterans of the French Toast campaign. Many of them were born just before, and have declared that French Toast was largely the reason they stayed in Erepublik, and became interested at all.
The UK will not be all powerful in its first battles. It has seen little to no direct action (maybe two battles in Norway) since French Toast. Its general public isn't highly ranked, the gun market has been saturated for so long that companies are beginning to crash, and you would be highly foolish to expect the UK to beat anyone in the initial onset of any battle. The recent battle with Sweden proved that, if nothing more.
However, look at the higher ranked countries around the World. Indonesia has seen battle action since almost Day 1 of the war module, Hungary withstood 6 months of invasion from Romania, the US, Canada, and Spain outlasted the 100 Day War. They've seen constant activity and motion for prolonged periods of time.
You say we're "Elitist" because we tell you to take chances. You call us the "Wild Cabal with nothing to lose", yet time and time again, including examples like Serbia and Russia which I didn't cover, our point is proven again and again.
Stand ready to defend yourself, United Kingdom. The time will come, and no country will ever truly die. Each and every one is reborn through conflict, stronger and stronger each time, and the coming month will prove it.
Before you, you have two paths. Take the risk, it's well worth it.

I'll be a war dog when I get 25 XP.
Voted. No point moulding in our island, effectively hiding behind Hungary's and Indonesia's skirts through MPPs.
Dish, come back and run for CP.

That's what happens when you mess with the Swedes.
Well said, remember the best form of defence is to attack first!
Sweden lost territory in French Toast as well, fyi.
