Initiative is defined in the dictionary as: 'the ability to assess and initiate things independently.' example: 'use your initiative, imagination, and common sense'.

Sadly I do not think many in the eUK possess initiative. Without people who think for themselves, who look at information and make intelligent, rational decisions the eUK is surely never going to reach its full potential.


It is all very well the head of the Ministry of Home Affairs saying to staff we need this done we need that done, but what if the Minister is unable to make it online at a certain time? Also what if the Minister misses something (as he or she is only human)?

Recently TWO HQ has not been updating priorities in the IRC like previously done. Admittidly the UK has much fewer MPP's these days and it must be hard for the people in charge of setting TWO priorities to work out new plans for every country cutting down on MPP's. However this means that when someone from the MoD team goes on there they see only mobile priorities or one MPPed prio and mobiles ones and they think; 'I had better leave that for someone else to work out if we should set that as prio'.

Basically this means the MoD team are unable to do their job updating UK priorites on the IRC or mass message, therefore UK damage is not being spent as well as it could be. To TWO HQ I say: please set us full priorities as previous months have. To the MoD team I say: please use initiative, if the battle is one in a series of battles we have already fought for chances are we want to continue fighting (admitidly due to tactics we may want antiTWO nations to win some battles, however this is very rare). If unsure ask in TWO HQ or chat in our MoD team PM, failing this have a look at the news in the relevent nation. I can not be online 24/7 however I would like our priorities to be as accurate as possible as close to 24/7 as we can manage.


Initiative goes so much further than someone helping in the MoHA or MoD. Every single person playing this game should use their initiative on a day to day basis. If we don't start doing this on a large scale then we are just a collection of drones.
