[TUP]What to expect from the month ahead

Greetings TUPites. Firstly I want to caution you that this will be an article with NO pictures. I just simply don’t have the attention span to create a beautiful article for you.

As I laid out in my pre-election article, you will not see any great change during my term. The name will remain the same, the goals of the party will remain the same. The only think that will change is the attitude.

“Whatever do you mean great and wise Leo?!” Well, there is a segment of the party that likes to sit on the sidelines and whine about things without ever lifting a finger to make any change. This will stop. Those who are most vocal will find themselves thrust into positions to actually do something. If they fail, it will be on their own heads. If they succeed, then we are all the better for it.

As to the logo of the Party. I’m not going to change it, but I would like to open a contest to design a new logo, the winner will be chosen by myself and a group of others to be named and will receive 5 gold for their efforts. The new logo will then to put to a party wide vote so you can all have a say as to whether we keep the old or usher in the new. Only serious entries will be considered.

Now, onto my TUP CUP….thingie. It is basically a pyramid style communication network. I will be asking for 10 volunteers to be in the ‘top’ tier. These individuals will be responsible for discussing party affairs etc with me and then filtering down the information to 10 more people. They will then hold a group PM discussion group with these 10 players and bring any pertinent points, interesting ideas and general mood of the party back up to the top. This will ensure I am always acting in the best interests of the majority of the party. So if you want to get involved and help increase in party communication, please PM me with your desire to help.

I will be looking to pick a dedicated congress team in the days ahead, so if you are interested in running for congress, please PM me with your reasons as to why you would make a good congress member. In addition, once the list is published, I will be sending out the rules of congress to all potential members so that you are familiar with how it works in the eUK before being elected.
