[TUP] Congress Manifesto

Day 2,068, 15:41 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by alittlec4

Congress elections are fast approaching and it is time for The Unity Party to outline some of its aims for the coming month so that YOU the voter can make an informed decision on voting day.

As a party we stand for Honour, Loyalty, Respect and above all else UNITY (that part is kind of in the name)

As a party we want to see the nation go from strength to strength and in order to do this we educate players young and old alike regardless of their own party affiliation this can be seen here
and here
As a party we have had 18 Country Presidents elected, countless members of our party in Cabinet positions and a whole swathe of members elected to various alliance posts, all these factors add up to allowing us to offer the best advice and education to players.

Our approach to all matters regarding the well-being of the eUK is well thought out, planned and discussed before we make any rash decisions and potentially jeapordise the future of the eUK.

Our main aims for the upcoming Congress are as follows:

1. Maintain our position in TWO.

2. Support the current government in its endeavours whether they be at home or abroad.

3. As a party we will be offering the same chance to all both old and young to run for Congress all they have to do is show eagerness and activity.

4. Our financial goals for the term are quite simple to be honest, we believe that responsible taxation is a necessity in order to have a smooth and well run country and will be working hard to lobby hard for any changes to the taxation that we feel is required for the betterment of the eUK (currently though we do feel that the taxation is an appropriate level and do not need to be adjusted).

5. Our military goals do not differ from many other parties (I hope) in that we want to see the eUK doing as much damage as possible and to that end we will continue to support the government in any future training grond loan upgrade schemes.

6. Encourage a greater use of the forums for all members of the eUK, whilst this may be seen as an unpopular opinion amongst some members of the wider eUK community as a party we feel that the forums can foster closer relations, greater unity and they also serve as an indispensable tool in the process of long term record keeping for Congress and all else involved.

We hope that the above information can help you make an informed choice for who to vote for in the upcoming elections, see you on polling day.

Cheers
