Recently Forum Terrorist and iNCi supporter Kemal Ergenekon -a party with a Candidate in these elections- in his article eUS TRAITOR HUNT! 100 Q7 PER TRAITOR! offered to pay Americans for turning in other American citizens who he considered 'traitors', never mind that most citizens in game consider him a bigoted traitor. So anyway, I have decide to offer something different, something that will make a difference in game, something in game that will also affect the 'Ministry of Truth' and their rather large Troll Infestation.

Here is the deal. Find a multi suspect, send it to all you friends and request they also report the suspect, send a ticket to Admin and screenshot it. When the suspect is banned in game, screenshot it; send both screenshots to me and once I verify and determine who reported the suspect first...I will give you 1 3 gold for each banned multi. Kemal Ergenekon is an American Immigrant, he was not American when he started this game; he was in fact a supporter of the iNCi -the political party who required a bribe from the government to stop selling citizenships to Serbians and who were a Turkish Cabal of thugs. A party who came to America and PTOed their way into Congress, a party who demanded a bribe equal to the amount which was at that time being budgeted to Militias through the Office of Militia Support (OMS) for their Private Military Unit (PMU); they basically demanded a bribe to stop committing treason.

So. Welcome to the Great Multi Hunt! This is a personal vendetta of mine, having lost several accounts to the 'MoT Trolls' reporting techniques; I have decided to go on the hunt. Multis are the scourge of eRepublik, they can easily change the outcome of elections on all levels; the most harmful of them being Congressional Elections -where they are used to ensure that the power elite retain their power. Now Multis are against the rules, not by mechanics or because some citizen believes them to be traitors; but because they are against eRepublik Rules. Many of the meta government attack not only my having cheated, they point their finger at other citizens and scream accusations of one theme or another and drive them out of America; there are many expatriate Americans around the eRepublik world. Many of them driven out by a power group who cares nothing about America, a group who work closely and secretly with supporters of a treasonous party; a group cares only about their own pockets and keeping their hands in America's; believe me when I say these guys are no Boy Scouts.

Therefore recently I have been Multi Hunting on my own, over the last week or so I have had some great success; got 9 such accounts banned. Here is the list of the ones I foun😛

This is not productive.

I had looked at a lot of the links submitted, and most of them appear to be people who joined and gave up or got confused by the game.

Best case, you're requesting a ban for an under-used or abandoned account.

Worst case, you're killing off desperately needed new players. Good job.

I trust Admin to be able to tell the difference between underused accounts and outright Multis, don't you?

If they are abandoned accounts they should drop from a party when they go to 'Dead Citizen', if nothing else I am ensuring that my party as well as other parties don't have padded numbers for ranking; if they are connected to an active citizen and they get banned also...TS!

Some of them may be multies (I don't have any, so IDGAF - I'm not defending cheaters here, I'm analyzing the behaviors of the self-annointed persecutors), but you are acting as judge, jury, and executioner.

This sort of summary execution sounds a bit like something someone terrible would do...somebody like oh, maybe a real life dictator? Your version of "Freedom" is pretty warped, if you want to apply your policies consistently.

Yes, please, help clean the multis out of our party. We've been getting multis removed from USWP for a while, so this helps us--though I suspect it was/is your peers running many of them.

That said, mods and admins are forced to act when flooded with reports for something, and when it shows to be a no-risk situation when it comes to punishing to gain favour even if there is doubt, the rulings err in favor of excess bans. I don't expect many of these accounts your after are multis--mostly abandoned recently or people who log in only when eRep emails them. I know eRep likes to remind me when I disappear a while. If you do know with certainty that they're multis, it would seem that you created them yourself for this purpose if not for something more significant but poorly planned.

Just know that, from an administrative standpoint, it is extremely difficult to know with certainty whether an account is truly a multi or not. With dynamic IP addresses and proxies and so on, shy of two accounts using an identical IP address within a very short time span (I can release and get a new IP in a matter of minutes), or several accounts funneling something of value into one (currency, materials, tanks, votes, whatever), it's quite often a gamble. As such, as stated, it is common for a team to either discipline all or most and then allow for appeals, or give the benefit of the doubt and only discipline when they absolutely must or have no doubt whatsoever.

eRep's team is all still human, and thus fallible, but not intentionally so. They see a flood of reports for one person, and have to determine whether this is abusive or not, and eRep quite often disciplines first and listens to appeals later. Again, a matter of what's at stake for a business. If an account that has progressed barely at all, has not paid anything, and isn't particularly active (how active is active to the eRep personnel, I don't know) gets a crap ton of reports... Well, I'm sure you understand what I'm getting at.
