אנשים יקרים, אזרחים נכבדים וחברים משכבר הימים – שלום רב!
חברים, אני לא אכנס לעסקים פוליטיים – אין לי שום עניין בכך. ובכל זאת, היום ישראל צעקה מ-ה-פ-ך. היום ישראל צעקה שהספיק לה, שמשהו לא בסדר כאן – שמשהו צריך להשתנות.

גבירותיי ורבותיי, אני מאמין שהיום לא רק ישראל בוחרת בדרך חדשה, שגם אירפאבליק-ישראל החליטה שהגיע הזמן לשנות. הגיע הזמן להחזיר עטרה ליושנה. לעטרה הזו יש שם – והשם הזה הוא מפק"י, המשרד לפיתוח וקידום ישראל.

חברים וחברות, אני גאה להכריז על הקמתו המחודשת של המשרד לפיתוח וקידום ישראל. היסטוריה: המשרד נוצר בעבר הרחוק של מדינת אי-ישראל, לפני כשנתיים וחצי. המשרד היה אחראי על אחד הבייבי – בומים המוצלחים בתולדות אירפאבליק, על הקמת קרן תמיכה שסיפקה מצרכים כמו אוכל (שהיה אז עניין יקר כמו הנשק של היום) וכרטיסי טיסה, צוות תרגום, פרויקט חונכות מוצלח במיוחד ועוד.

מהי מטרת המשרד?
מטרת המשרד היא לשמר מגמת עלייה מתמדת בכמות האוכלוסייה הפעילה באי-ישראל, לדאוג לרווחתם של כלל אזרחי ישראל ולקחת אחריות על ניהול הפורומים ואמצעי התקשורת הרשמיים של מדינת ישראל.

הפורומים הרשמיים של מדינת ישראל
חברים יקרים, אני גאה להכריז על פתיחתם החגיגית של הפורומים הרשמיים של ישראל! הפורומים הרשמיים משמשים כבמה לדיון על הנושאים הבוערים בסדר היום הישראלי, בתחום הביטחוני, הכלכלי, המדיני והחברתי. בנוסף לפורום הכללי, המערכת כוללת פורומים מיוחדים לצה"ל, לכנסת ולקבינט. חברים – פעילות המשרד כולה תחת דגש חשוב של שקיפות: כל מידע שיכול להיחשף לכל, ייחשף לכל. הפורום יכלול אך ורק אזרחי אי-ישראל שעברו בדיקה וידוע כי ניתן לסמוך עליהם.

קרן התמיכה של מפק"י
חברים יקרים, אני יותר ממתרגש להציג בפניכם את בבואת עיניי, משוש חיי – קרן התמיכה של מפק"י. נכון לעכשיו, המשרד אינו נתמך על ידי תקציב ממשלתי, ולכן הקרן ממומנת בעיקר ע"י תרומות של אזרחים טובים ורווחי המשרד מתרגום, בייבי-בום והימורים.

הקרן תתמוך בכל שחקן המבקש עזרה – בהתאם להנחיות משרד הביטחון ובהתאם לנסיבות. בימי מלחמה (מרד, ניסיון כיבוש שלנו של שטח זר וכו') הקרן תקצה ממשאביה על מנת לתמוך בחיילים ובלא-חיילים הנלחמים עבור ישראל ותספק להם נשקים באיכות 6 ו-7 כתמיכה (אך לא כתחליף) לנשקים המסופקים על ידי צה"ל. בנוסף, תספק הקרן אוכל ונשק באיכות 6 למתחילים בהתאם לנזילות ההון שלה.

כן – הם חוזרים ובגדול! הדרים טים המיתולוגית עם צוות בייבי-בום משופר! חבורת לוחמים חדורי מטרה, המשמשים כאחת מאבני היסוד של ישראל. אין מה לפרט – אני רק יכול לומר שבשעתיים האחרונות הם יצרו כבר למעלה מ-20 משתמשי ספאם חדשים, והם רק מתחממים...!

מנטור פרוג'קט
הם מנצחים על הקונצרט בדייקנות ומשמשים כאמא שנייה לשחקנים החדשים. הם עוזרים, מטפחים ומחנכים, כדי שהשחקנים החדשים לא רק יהיו חלק מדפי ההיסטוריה, אלא יכתבו אותה בעצמם!

הצוות עובד על דרכי תקשורת חדשות, ביניהן הכנסת הצוות לצ'אט המיוחד של השחקנים המתחילים (לא יודע אם ראיתם אותו פעם, אבל הוא קיים וכל שחקן חדש רואה אותו), סקייפ, מירק ועוד.

כרגע הצוות עדיין בשלבי ההתארגנות, אך אזרחים יקרים כבר בשבוע הבא תוכלו לקבל שירותי תרגום כמעט-חינם, בעלות סמלית (ואף פחות).
שירותי התרגום יתמקדו, ככל הנראה, בתרגום הכתבות הרשמיות של כל משרדי הממשלה ללא-עלות, בתרגום כל כתבה של אזרח פרטי (בעלות סמלית בלבד) ובתקווה לכך שהצוות גם יכסה את נושא תרגום הדיונים בפורומים הרשמיים.

כרגע הצוות עדיין לא שלם, כתבה עליו תתפרסם בנפרד בהמשך.


חברים וחברות, השקענו המון מאמצים בכדי להגיע לרגע הזה. היו כאן תשעה אנשים שעמלו במשך שעות וימים במטרה להניח תשתית ראויה לעבודה של המשרד.

אבל זה לא מספיק. מדינת ישראל נמצאת כרגע תחת כיבוש, ומצבה הכלכלי לא מזהיר. כדי לממן את פעילות המשרד, ניאלץ להסתפק ברווחים צנועים מפעילויות שונות, כמו הבאת אנשים (מדליות בייבי בום) ומהעלות הסמלית של הכתבות. עם זאת, במידה ותהיו מעוניינים – ישנה דרך נוספת בה אתם – כל אחד ואחד מכם, יכול לעזור לנו להמשיך ולפעול עד שהתקציב יהיה רחב מספיק בכדי לממן גם את ההוצאות שלנו.

אנחנו כרגע במלחמה על השגת הארגון הישן של מפק"י חזרה לידינו, אך בינתיים לתרומות: שלחו את התרומה שלכם – עשרה שקלים או עשרה זהב, אין זה משנה – למשתמש שלי. כשהארגון יחזור לידינו (מספר ימים), כל כספי התרומה יועברו גם הם לארגון. לא נוכל לעשות זאת בלעדיכם!
חברים יקרים, אנחנו כרגע מתחילים את העבודה – אנא מכם היאזרו בסבלנות במקרים של תקלות, חוסר היענות או תגובות איטיות. נעשה כל שביכולתנו על מנת לספק את השירות הטוב והמהיר ביותר לכל דורש!

Dear people, honorable citizens and old friends, greetings!
My friends, I will not go into politics and yet,today Israel has shouted R-e-v-o-l-u-t-i-o-n!. Today Israel has shouted that it has had enough, that something here is wrong - something has to be changed.

Ladies and gentleman, I am proud to announce about the re-construction of the Ministry of Development and Promotion of Israel. But first a short history lesson : The ministry was founded in the distant past of eIsrael, about two and a half years ago. The ministry was responsible for one of the most successful baby-booms in the history of eRepublik, established the support-foundation that provided products such as food (that was as expensive just as the weapons nowdays) and flying tickets,translation team, a successful mentor project etc.

What is the purpose of the office ?

The purpose of the office is to preserve an upward trend in the amount of active citizens in eIsrael, to ensure the welfare of all the citizens of eIsrael and to be responsible of a professional management of the national forums and the official media of eIsrael.

Dear friends, I am proud to announce of the grand opening of the national forums of eIsrael!
The national forums are used as platform for discussion about the urgent topics in the israeli agenda, about the defence, economic and social issues that has to be discussed.
In addition the system also includes special forums for the eIDF,the Knesset and the cabinet.
My friends - The activity of the ministry is under the stress of transparency : Any information that can be seen by everyone,will be seen by everyone. The forum members will be only eIsraeli citizens that were tesng will take place next week[/i]

MoDP Support Foundation:
Dear friends, I am more than excited to present my precious, the desire of my life - MoDP Support Foundation. At the moment, the ministry is not supported by the government, thus it is mainly funded by donations of the good citizens of eIsrael and the revenues of the translation team, baby-boom and gambling projects.

The foundation will support every new player who needs help - according to the guidelines of the MoD and the circumstances. At war (resistance war,conquering a region etc.) the foundation will give all its resources to support soldiers and non-soldiers that fight for Israel and will provide them Q6 and Q7 weapons as a support (but not a substitute) for the weapons provided by the IDF. In addition, the foundation will provide Q5 food and Q6 weapons for newbies according to its capital liquidity.

Dream Team:
Yes- they are back! big time! The mythological Dream-Team is back with an improved baby-boom team! a band of warriors imbued with purpose, used as one of the building blocks of Israel. There is nothing to elaborate - I can just say that in the last two hours more than 20 new spam users were created, and they are just heating up!

Mentor Project:
They conduct the concert accurately and are like a second mother for the new players.
They help, nurture and educate, so the new players won’t be just part of history but will write it themselves!

The team is working on new ways of communication, including a special team for the newbies chat ( I don’t know if you ever saw it, but it exists and every new player can see it), Skype, Irc etc.

Multi-language:
For now the team is still need to be organized. However, dear citizens, starting from next week you will be able to get translation services for almost free amounts.
The translation services will focus, probably, in the translation of the government’s ministries without a pay, in translation private news articles of citizens (with a symbolic pay). We also hope the team will translate the discussions in the formal forums.

In this days the team isn’t fully complete and remarks about it will be published separately later on.


friends, we have been putting a lot of efforts in order to get to this moment.

But it is not enough. The state of Israel is, at the moment, under the Serbian occupation, and its economic status is not that bright. In order to fund the department activity, we will have to be satisfied with the modest profits of our different teams, such as bringing people (the baby boom medals) and the symbolic price for translating articles. However, if any of you are interested - there is another way - where you , each and everyone of you can help us keep acting until the budget will be wide enough in order to fund our expenses as well.
We are at war now in order of getting back our old organization into our hands, but meanwhile, for donations - ten NIS or gold, it doesn't matter - send the donation to my user. When the organization will be back into our hands (a few days), all of the donations would be transferred to the organization. We can't do it without you!

We're beginning to work - please be patient! In case of any fault with our services, we will do anything we can to fix the problem and provide the best service to anyone!

Additionally, we believe in the value of transperecy. Therefore, all of our financial reports , including the economic management of the support foundation, the income & expenses balance and all data associated with the economic management of the office, which can be found in the main worksheet - are open to your criticize. Attention: we are publishing only the main MoDP worksheet. Other worksheet, which are including the mentoring and translation forms can be send to anyone who asks for them - and are not exposed here only for convenience.
