[Steinmetze] nehmen Stellung de/en

Sehr geehrte deutsche-dänische Community,
in den letzten Tagen und Wochen gab es viele Gerüchte in eDeutschland. Zuviele Vorfälle die unter der Oberfläche blieben, wo man nichts als Gerüchte und Informationen aus “vom Hörensagen” bekam. Dieser Artikel soll damit so weit wie irgend möglich aufräumen. Offen und Selbstkritisch.

Damit das keine leere Worthülse bleibt, legen wir in diesem Artikel offen, welche Steinmetze unseren Informationen zufolge Geld von Otto von Holunder bekommen haben und was sie damit gemacht haben. Wir haben zunächst versucht das ganze intern hinzubiegen; denn das ganze ist eine delikate Angelegenheit und die lässt man ungern nach außen dringen. Da die öffentliche Meinung allerdings inzwischen derart feindseelig ist, dass eine Art Generalverdacht die gesamte Community lähmt, haben wir uns nun gemeinsam zu schonungsloser Offenheit entschieden.

Es gibt nach unseren Informationen exakt zwei aktive Steinmetze, die Anteile von Ottos gestohlenen Devisen bekommen haben: Dies sind m4nk und Freiheitskaempfer.

m4nk hat einen Betrag von 100.000 ARS erhalten; also rund 90-95 Gold. Er bereut diese Entscheidung inzwischen. Das Geld ist teilweise ausgegeben worden; es sind aktuell 26.000 ARS übrig, die zeitnah zurückgegeben werden. Der Differenzbetrag wird ebenso zurückbezahlt werden, über die genauen Umstände müssen wir uns jedoch zunächst noch klar werden. Jedoch wird dem Staat der volle Betrag zurückerstattet, das garantieren wir. Eine private Stellungnahme von m4nk folgt unten.

Freiheitskaempfer hat, wie dies bereits gerüchteweise herumerzählt wurde, einen Betrag erhalten, diesen dann umgehend an den Absender zurücküberwiesen, weil er mit der Sache nichts zu tun haben wollte. Dies kann ihm nicht zum Vorwurf gemacht werden.

Es wurden weitere Personen von Otto kontaktiert, ob sie Geld erhalten wollen würden. Soweit uns bekannt, lehnten die es alle ab. Wie gesagt: ob dies der Wahrheit entspricht können wir nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, es ist jedoch alles was wir wissen.

Fazit: Wir geben allen unseren Mitgliedern eine Amnestiezeit von sieben Tagen. Wer es bis dahin nicht geschafft hat ein öffentliches Schuldbekenntis inklusive Rückzahlung der Gelder hinzubekommen und dann später auffliegt, ist draussen. D.h. Ausschluss aus Forum und IRC (ingame ist das ja bekanntlich enginebedingt nicht möglich). No exceptions. Mehr können wir nicht tun.



m4nk ergreift hiermit sogleich die Chance der Amnestie und hat jetzt das Wort für seine persönliche Stellungnahme:

“Ich bereue es, das Geld eingesteckt zu haben, ich habe falsch gehandelt. Ich machte mir lange Gedanken was ich mit dem Geld anstellen sollte und wie ich der Community dafür wieder etwas zurück geben kann. Einstecken und weglaufen kam für mich nicht in Frage. Also dachte ich mir, dass ich mit der Donieraktion für Sachsen und Bayern der Community wenigstens etwas wieder zurückgeben könnte, Donieren an sich ist zwar keine große arbeit aber in den 2 tagen habe ich vllt 4-5h geschlafen. jetzt könnten auch wieder stimmen laut werden, dass ich mir selbst tanks eingesteckt habe, dazu kann ich sagen, ich habe alles ehrlich rausdoniert. ich werde das erhaltene geld einem gemeinnützigen verein spenden, sei es der eGDF oder die neue Runde des CC.”



Doch es gibt noch eine andere Geschichte, die wir etwas aufdröseln wollen, jetzt wo wir schonmal dabei sind. Das Wort hat Wonne:

”Ich unterhielt mich im Teamspeak nach dem Vorfall noch mehrfach mit OvH . Dabei wurde mir u.a. eine Offerte angeboten auch etwas von dem Geld zu bekommen, was ich ablehnte. Des Weiteren kann ich zu dem anderen Vorfall [vergleiche letzter Artikel] nur sagen, dass ich anführte, dass ich “live” dabei war, weil ich eben gerade mit ihm im TS sprach, während besagter Anruf kam und OvH sein Headset erst später abstellte. Mein Artikel war diesbezüglich unklar formuliert und es ist bedauerlich, dass es zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist”



Damit schließen wir jetzt diesen Artikel ab und hoffen, dass alle Unklarheiten beseitigt sind und dieses Thema nun endlich abgeschlossen ist und ruhen kann, ohne die Community weiter zu spalten.

Beloved German-Danish Community,

the last days and weeks were filled with rumours in Germark. Too many incidents happened and weren’t discussed in public, where only rumours and informations from hearsay surfaced.
This article once and for all wants to clarify everything as far as possible. Openly and self-critically.

To let actions follow after these promising words, we will publish in this article which Steinmetzes (according to our knowledge) have received money from Otto and what these people have done with the money. At first we have tried to arrange everything internally; this whole affair is a severe issue, simply something you don’t want to to have leaking to the outside. But because the public opinion has become so hostile that some kind of general suspicion is paralyzing our community, we have made a decision for unlimited candidness.

According to our informations there are exactly two active Steinmetzes who received parts of Ottos stolen currency: Those are m4nk and Freiheitskaempfer.

m4nk received an amount of 100.000 ARS; being worth around 90-95 Gold. A part of that money has already been spended, there are 26.000 ARS left over, which will be returned to the eGerman State in a timely manner. The rest of the money will be payed back aswell, after we have analyzed the current circumstances. To be clear: The whole money will be payed back to the state, we guarantee for that. A private statement from m4nk is following below.

Freiheitskaempfer has, as it already has been rumoured, received an amount of currency from Otto, but immediately returned everything to him, becaue he didn’t want to be involved in all this. That’s nothing he can be seriously blamed for.

There have been more persons whom Otto contacted and offered money to, but as far as we know, everyone declined that offer. As we already said; we can’t be sure if this is the whole truth, but that is all we know.

Conclusion; We offer all our members the possibility to get amnestied in the next seven days. Whoever is guilty (which might be found out eventually) and doesn’t manage to give a public confession of guilt combined with the return of the money in that time, gets kicked out. That means a permanent ban in our forum and irc (due to game mechanics that is not possible ingame). No exceptions. That is all we can do.



m4nk is taking his chance of amnesty and is giving a personal statement:

I regret that i took the money, i have acted wrongly. I have thought about what to do with the money and how to give something back to the community in return for a long time. Taking and leaving was for me out of the question. So I thought that I could at least make some ammends with my donation-work for Saxony and Bavaria. The donating itself is no big work, but on those two days i’ve maybe slept only 4-5h. Of course there could be people now, claiming that I took some tanks for myself, I can only answer to these accusations, that i honestly donated all the tanks out. I will donate the received money to a nonprofit organisations, be it eGDF or the new round of the CC.”




There is still another story, that needs some explaination. Now that we’re already on it, Wonne has something to say:

“After the incident I was having several talks with OvH over teamspeak, where I also got offered an amount of money, which I declined. Moreover I can only say to the other Incident (c.f. the last article), that I pointed out, that I was witnessing everything “live”, because I was talking with him via TS, while the said phonecall was happening and he only turned done his headset later. Concerning that point my article was fornulated unclearly and it is regrettable that is has caused so much confusion.



That said, we are finishing our article and are hoping, that all unclear points have been clarified. Hopefully we can finally get over this topic and let it settle down, without further dividing our community
