[SDP] Sad sabotage.

The recent days have been hard on the party, those that claimed to put the Social Democrats first betrayed the party, by getting our Congress approval, and secondly by slandering it in public places.

When a non-elected party president claims the following The main reason for breaking away from SDP was that Melophore made it clear that under him the party would be a dictatorship and not a democracy - those of us that left thought a democratic party should be a democracy. it is nothing more than slander...

The Real Social Democrats had no success in the Congressionnal elections, they just managed to sway Congressmen from other parties.

After policies of slander, backstabbing and illusions will only last a while before the smoke screen fades.

These people refuse an legitimate democratic election, claim to place party interests first and then sabotage it when they don't get their way. These people are not Real Democrats but blackmailers.
All SDP candidates that switched promissed to place the SDP first. Artela also claimed wanting to put SDP first. When these people claim to represent anything, it is selfishness and betrayal to succeed.

I will not blame the people that voted them in, after all, they honestly believed these people where Social Democrats that cared more about the citizens than about themselves.

SDP candidates had to run their own campaigns this time, and not count on me to do all the mailing and handing out tickets to their voters. Everybody who wanted to run did manage to get their chance, regardless of their past political positions. My opponents got to cabinet positions and got to run for Congress. Just look at what they did with that trust...
Despite what Andalas claims it is not for me to fund Moving Tickets. In a way I was lucky I did not, after their betrayal.

If people can not keep their word, how do you expect them to keep it once they get what they want ?

No hard feelings on my behalf. In a way this incident actually did reveal the true nature of the characters involved. I offered places to my opponents, they sabotaged the party with that generous offer. The Party will be better off without them.

The decieving nature of these people has also tricked Democracy. As it stood with SDP results the eLeft had 20 seats, the eRight had 11 seats and the eCentre had 9 seats. With that betray after the election the eLeft now has 17 seats, the eRight 11 seats and the eCentre 11 seats.
This of course breaks the blance of forces that the elector decided upon. This was a clever move on the behalf of RFA that now become king makers. If they rule with TUP, they can exclude PCP from power, if they work with UKRP, they block all TUP lead government in this crucial period that is V2 transition.

I do not think that the three SDP flip-floppers that are SpeedKing, ProudtobeBritish and Miranda realize how the weaken the government and the country. I do not think the realize the bad image that broken promisses give to a elected citizen.

Anyway, I can recompose the party cabinet now freely. It is very hard to com eup with a balanced leadership when the opposition sabotages their own ship...
