Hello Nation,

I am SColbert and I am running for President of the eUS. I decided to make the jump into the race because I believe we as a nation can do better. Serious issues need to be addressed, such as the state of the USAF and the poor showing in media. I believe I am the person who can fix these problems.

America I have a vision for our great nation. I want to bring fun and excitement back to our country. I want to increase the involvement of our populace through the power of the media. I want to bring new faces into my administration, and train tomorrow’s leaders. I want to make USAF work again, and bring back the prestige of membership in the eUS’ MU. I want to do all of these things, but I can’t. No, not on my own at least. Which is why I need your help America. If we want to start having fun again we need to make a change. I hope to be that catalyst for change. So I am asking for your help, and your support. I am asking for your vote.

To show just what kind of change I am talking about I would like to give you a preview of a program that my Secretary of Interior, F. Underwood has thought up. I think it is great, and shows ingenuity and the type of thinking I want to bring to the presidency. These are the types of ideas that raising up new players can bring, and what I intend to foster as president. Without further ado I present to you America Works:

What is America Works? With your help, it will be a national program through the Department of Interior. The Interior Department will buy American houses from the market, and will sell them back to applicants of the program at the dramatically reduced cost of 100 USD. This will be a one-time offer, per month, per player under the level 30. Here are the advantages of such an offer:

1) Rather than having to save up for 5 days, only 2 days will suffice in order to get the house.

2) The 170 USD expense covered by the Interior is all the more money for the new player which will improve their purchasing power and get the player to buy another house, thus introducing yet another person to the housing system.

The final advantage is the very concept itself. It’s not a free giveaway of food or weapons or even money. Instead the player will have to do their part to buy the house. This will give the player the pride of accomplishing a goal, and help them increase their purchasing power to the point that they will not need to rely on government assistance.

One of the reasons I decided to run for president was because I think America deserves a choice. Our presidency is not a prize to be held until someone decides they are done with it, and allows it to be passed along. The eUS needs variety and debate to keep it strong. I hope to exemplify that sense of choice tomorrow, and become your next president. Thank you for your support.
