[SC] Nebula Pie Report 4

Dear friends,

with another week there is another Pie Report. As usual, I took the last weeks damage from each active player (😉 from each division, add it all together and displayed the results in form of pies. I've also compared all the active players and created TOP10 for each division. Few notable things:

- thanks to the event, eUruguay and eCzech Republic multiplied their usual damage by 5. eAustralia and eJapan multiplied their usual damage by 3
- eAustralia was number 1 in total damage this week, but technically didn't win a single division (in D4, they lost only by 20 million damage to eJapan 😛 )
- eJapan has 13 players in TOP 10, eAustralia also 13 and eUruguay 10. eIsrael lost its only representative in TOP 10

(😉 I didn't include players from D1, who had less than 100000 damage. It shouldn't have influence on the results though. I also rounded up and down a few numbers.
