Настоящая декларация призвана засвидетельствовать возобновленную и прочную симпатию между Россией и Соединенными Штатами.
Фактически возникнув с формированием Терры это Братство закалилась в ходе 5 Мировой Войны, а настоящая Декларация официально провозглашает Братство и взаимную поддержку между странами отныне и во веки веков.

-Подписывая этот пакт, обе страны соглашаются защищать друг друга от угроз, как внешних, так и внутренних.
-Обе страны согласны совместно работать над военными задачами, выгодными как для обеих стран, так и для какой-либо из них.
-Также Россия и Соединенные Штаты согласны оказывать максимально возможную помощь в случае угрозы PTO для любой из них.
-Кроме того, каждая из стран-участниц согласна предоставлять паспорта держателям коммун, в случае экономических затруднений у партнера.

Дружба, которая ковалась как в минуты отчаяния, так и моменты триумфа считается официально провозглашенной сегодня, в 1833 день Нового Мира Президентом России Флэшиком и Президентом США Cerb’ом.

Bear and Eagle Engagement

This accord stands as a testament to the renewed and lasting love between Russia and the United States. With the formation of Terra, this Bromance grew during World War V and through this accord, the Bromance will be made official to signify their commitment to each other from now, until the end of days.

-By signing this agreement, both nations agree to defend each other from threats both foreign and domestic.
-Both nations also agree to work together towards military goals that are beneficial to both parties, as well as the individual.
-But this game is more than just war, and because of that both Russia and the United States agree to lend as much aide as possible during times of domestic PTO.
-Additionally, both nations agree to shelter the official commune holders in times of economic hardship, so that both nations may share in the bounty.

This friendship, that has been forged in times of despair, as well as triumph is formally recognized on this day 1,833 of the New World by President s.t.g of Russia and Cerb of the United States of America:
