[Resource wars] Some tips

I publish this article spontaneously, hoping it can help to better understand the event which will begin in a few hours. I hope it's all correct and congenial to the elected government will. If not, just let me know, I'm available for any edit.
TIP 1 - Acronyms
This month forget that "RW" means only "Resistance Wars", peoples defines the event "Resource Wars" with the same acronym. Pay attention on this.
If you talk about this: for urgent and/or important communications, avoid it completely, just write complete words: no misunderstandings.
TIP 2 - Don't panic
Many wars are starting, but ideally are all agreed by the Government. They aren't real wars. Before fight, read below.
TIP 3 - How to gain bonuses in core regions
The event allows countries to gain bonuses to their core regions by acquiring domination points. Bonuses are limited and need 30000 domination points to gain each bonus. For this reason, many wars were started at the same time, all over the eWorld.
TIP 4 - When to fight
The best way to fight is to allow one of the two countries involved to achieve about 1700/1750 domination points in every round and then overturn the wall. In this way, each round (in each division) every nation will gain about 1700/1800 domination points. A round managed in this way in all 4 divisions allows us to earn about 7000 domination points. 4 battles like this and we can reach 30000 required points in less than 2 hours.
TIP 5 - Ok but... Which country must win the battle?
In addition to the management of domination points, you must last look at this point. Follow the commands of the government, of the MU and parties to understand which nation has to win any battle. Even this step is critical, mistakes could lead to diplomatic problems with the other participating countries.
TIP 6 - How can I be ready for the event?
Try to gain the +10 health bonus by the weekly challenge before friday. And, if you can, buys and activates houses tomorrow. Also read comments here, or come back in next hours, I'll add here all commmon tips found in the comments.
TIP 7 - Have fun!
There will be several battles in the core regions. This means the possibility to win some bonus medals (and gold) with greater pleasure (see FF). But don't waste your damage for this if it's needed in other battle, the key now is to ensure to the country best bonuses that can improve the economic situation than in the past. An effort by all will certainly be rewarded in the future.

Tip 5 will be difficult today and tomorrow. Perhaps with new CP our Congress can advise where to fight.

A month to wait admin mistakes about new formulas...Like pollution malus and others. Hope they give all needed info's in next week to write something about.
