[Reintroduce] "Mentor Program"

Some time ago, there was talking about starting up a "Mentor Program", where the oldies, was assigned a couple of new players, whom they were to help with any questions, small food/ weapon packs and to help them our in the political aspect of eNorway.
Now, My question is where did the "Mentor Program" go?
Aside from a brief period where we tried it out a couple of weeks, I haven't heard much talk about it. I think it's a briliant idea to keep our babies in the game, and since eNorway is so small, I'm sure it will work with some work.
If we decide to reintroduce this program, the real question is; how should we do it, and who should organise it? I know there are nomerous of eNorwegians with the right skills who are willing to do this, and I hope our cabinet and congress will support this. Let me know what you think!
Also; does anyone know what the congress conclusion was, consering the donation of congress reward?

There never was a voting on "donating of congress reward". I'll try to get one going soon.
When speaking of the "Mentor program" are you speaking about we in this country helping player or the one that was started when we got the chatbar?
As a note @op, anyone can read the congress public board where this was / is discussed.
I remember volunteering as mentor a while back, I don't remember if it was run by a particular ministry or if someone did it on the side. I was assigned two names of newcomers but they quit right away and never responded to my messages. After that I didn't hear more about the program.
Come to think about it, sending the "Hey noob, if you're too stupid to figure out this game, I am sort of a mentor type person. Feel free to contact me between half past five and 17:30 on weekday afternoons. If you must." message may have come across as a little intimidating. I will work on my communication skills, I will.
I need mentor
I also need a mentor. But, perhaps, it´s too late and nobody can teach me or ban my mistakes.

You don't? I haven't heard a word of this programm for months, and new players are not staying for long...
We are 6 Mentors available on chat for most of the time, all players below lvl. 25. can contact us, and we them. 🙂 Erep. keeps track of the interactions.
And who is that? Do newcomers get informed about these mentors?

It's our job to contact any new player regularly, and offer our assistance.
