[Referendum] Joining Nebula

Hello everyone! Today it is with great pleasure that I can present to you the official referendum on us joining the new alliance, Nebula! This alliance has been a group effort that Norway has been apart of since Day 1. We have been working on it for a little over a month with taulen, MdR and myself representing Norway so far. We have had to finally lay Asgard to rest as we all know and so we started to develop a new alliance that being Nebula.

The founding nations of Nebula will be as follows,

Australia
Montenegro
Israel
Japan
Norway

Nebula will be built as a global defensive pro-Asteria alliance. Norway will be given plenty of representation in HQ as MdR has been chose as the MoFA for Nebula this month and I have been chosen to be 2nd Commander.
