Welcome to a new issue of MoFA Informator. A topic of this article is obvious, so let us get straight to the point, which is a dissolution of TWO.
歡迎收看最新一期的MoFA Informator。本期的主題非常明顯，所以讓我們開門見山吧，本周的主題是關於TWO的解散。


As probably most of you have already seen, on Wednesday, with a couple of other countries, we have left the alliance, what unambiguously led to his termination with a immediate effect. Together with TWO, we managed to conquer our enemies and retain dominance in the world for a long time. But there is time for everything.
如同大多數的你們可能已知的，週三時我們以及其他數國離開了聯盟，立即且明確的終結聯盟。和TWO一起，我們成功的征服我們的敵人，並且稱霸世界好一陣子。但是時候做些其他事情了。


Why this decision has been made? A obvious fact is that TWO, since almost half a year, was not functioning properly. A situation was getting increasingly tense and nothing, despite various attempts, was foretelling that there is going to be better. A lack of common, strong enemy, which TWO could face, caused that form ordinary alliance, TWO had become just a cluster of countries connected with MPPs and caring only about their own interest. It led to the point, when we started to look for enemies in structures of the alliance. Increasingly tense atmosphere made the situation worse. Additionally, reprehensible behavior of some of the representatives in TWO HQ and countries' governments was not helping. A climax and decisive moment was a attitude of Serbians, who, in their articles and shouts were openly vowing to attack Poland and Spain and slandering with words that are not worth to quote here.
為什麼要做出這決定？有個很明顯的事實是，TWO自從半年前已經沒有正常運作了。情況變得越來越糟，雖然曾經試圖改變，但沒有任何的跡象可以顯示這一切將會好轉。少了TWO曾共同對抗的強大敵人，讓TWO變成一般的聯盟，TWO變成僅僅只由共同防禦協定所維繫的團體，而各國也僅在乎自身的利益。這造成了我們在聯盟自身內尋找敵人。緊張氣氛充斥於聯盟之內造成情況更加惡化。此外，TWO HQ中某些各國的代表及政府互相指謫並未對事情帶來幫助。壓垮駱駝的最後一根稻草是某個塞爾維亞人的態度，他在他的文章以及留言中公然的攻擊、惡意詆毀波蘭及西班牙，但他無營養的話我不想多加敘述。


This is why we decided to take steps, which will grant us with a right position at a moment of leaving the alliance rather than wait for miracle, which will save TWO, to happen. Thanks to a fact that we managed to preserve a continuity of power and almost the same vision of distant future, we were able, in last five months, to reach an agreement in order to create a new alliance. This continuity, and also arrangement between five, major parties in Poland, enabled us to prepare our country well for inevitable change of an alliance.
這是為什麼我們決定採取行動，讓我們能夠有正當理由離開聯盟而非等待那個能夠拯救TWO的奇蹟。幸好我們能夠保有持久的武力，並且可以預期的，在五個月內我們可以，並且我們曾經，創立新聯盟。這由波蘭國內五大政黨所指揮的持續的火力，將可以使我們在必然的聯盟更迭之時守護家園。


Who goes with who in an alliance?
As it happens in situation like this one, and do not hide that dissolution of TWO was one of the most anticipated things in our eWorld, there are many speculations about who will be forming the new alliance. For the sake of a cause, formal composition of the alliance will be pronounced to public opinion in the moment of its creation. It is almost certain that Serbia and Slovenia will not have a place in it on the contrary to Spain. Learned from the way TWO was working, we will ensure that the new alliance will not become a creation where associated countries have a possibility to outvote founding countries. Except planned for this moment allies, we are open to consider applications of other countries, which are willing to work with us not only on government level, but also between societies.
For those who want to speculate a little bit about composition of our alliance, I will say that there are people who almost correctly guessed founding countries.
誰和誰將在同一個聯盟裡？
在這種情況下，就如同別假裝TWO的解散不在預期之中一樣，有許多關於誰將和誰一起創立新聯盟的推測四處流傳。基於需要，一般聯盟組成時都會一起向大眾宣布他們的成立。幾乎可以肯定的是塞爾維亞及斯洛維尼亞和西班牙將不會在同一聯盟中。從TWO的經驗中學到，我們保證新聯盟將成為一個不會讓加盟國有機會推翻創始國決議的組織。除了籌備這個聯盟之外，我們誠摯的考慮接受其他國家來與我們不僅僅在政府層面並且在社團層面一同努力。
對那些想要臆測我們聯盟組成的人們，已經有人幾乎完全正確的猜中創始國了。
