[PTO] Help stop the naughty boys and girls for Santa!

Hello, and a happy Christmas eve to you all (well, those who live on our side of the planet, it's still the 23rd elsewhere...)
SO.
That guy Szenti, is still being a VERY NAUGHTY BOY
I doubt Santa will visit him if he keeps it up.
NOW SERIOUSLY...
The party currently called theAUSTRALIAN INDEPENDENT PARTY AUSTRALIAN LEGION PARTY (as it is now called) is currently under a Political Take Over, or rather a PTO.
This means a bunch of people who are either multies, don't care, or both are in there, and looking to win as many seats as they can in the forthcoming congress election
Other than for fun, with a majority of Senate they can take money from the Country Accounts and send it wherever they like. They can ALSO, if they have enough people, impeach the CP which hands control to the second place getter at the last election.
Who was THIS? No surprises...

So what do we do?
You would have seen Xavier Griffith's article probably. calling on people to move from the Australian Independents (now called Australian Legion Party). Yes, this is a good start - jump ship and move to another party if you can.
Now, the way elections work has changed in the recent months.
You NOW vote for a top 5 party, and the numbers of candidates is dependent on how many TOTAL votes they get.
SO - on election day, do me TWO favours:
FIRSTLY, DO NOTE VOTE FOR THE AUSTRALIAN LEGION PARTY.
THIS ONCE GREAT PARTY AT THE MOMENT IS TAKEN OVER, MEANING RIGHT NOW...
THIS IS NOT A PARTY THAT EITHER RESPECTS INDEPENDENCE, OR AUSTRALIA.
VOTE FOR ONE OF THE OTHER TOP 5 PARTY'S, WHO HAVE TRUE-BLUE, DINKI DI AUSTRALIANS WHO WANT TO REPRESENT YOU...

Australian Independents is now called Australian Legion Party. Szenti thinks he is clever by changing the name so expect more of these as the next day or so progresses. Either way, just stay vigilant eAustralia!

k Just saw that the ALP dropped down again - anyone have insight? Admins do something?
@Vyrin Yeah, they had a bunch of accounts banned. I'm not sure what this means for the election... the wiki says that the parties are locked in at 0200 on the 23rd but I imagine admin has ways around that.... I know I'll be filing a ticket if they appear in the top 5 for voting purposes since they only got there because of the banned players
Even so, I think with the numbers banned they will find it difficult now to get across the line.
I doubt Admin will be able to change the election and this would probably be difficult as GGP who is now 5th has little to no time to sort out their numbers and running order.
While its a bit of a shame that it didn't happen earlier, but at least it did happen.
