[Proposal] MPP with eAustralia?

Day 1,870, 14:58 Published in United Kingdom Netherlands by lancer450

Greetings to my fellow congress members, other members of the government, and fellow eBritish citizens,

The main point of this article is that it will serve as a place to provide a discussion area for the petition I have recently proposed. To begin, I am in favour of the idea that the eUnited Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth of eAustralia sign a mutual protection pact (MPP) with one another.

Recently, eAustralia has signed a peace treaty with our ally, eChile, and they have taken steps towards joining the Circle of Trust (CoT) alliance. You can see the announcement of the treaty being signed here. I have also been in contact with their Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Callumh123, and their Country President (CP), Greg MaCGregor, on IRC and have personally discussed with them the idea of having a MPP with each other. Both were very open to the idea and expressed interest in moving forward.

A MPP with eAustralia would undeniably benefit both of our countries by opening up more wars for respective citizens to fight in during those slow, boring times in which we have no direct wars to participate in. It would also further consolidate the bond between respective TWO and CoT countries. eAustralia, a country with a relatively small population, maintains a fervent, active, experienced, and strong population for its size. I propose that the government officially establishes a friendly, beneficial relationship between our two countries through the passage of a MPP as soon as possible.

I am sure our CP, BigAnt, and/or our MoFA would like to contact the eAustralian government themselves and possibly the government of eChile as well to validate what I have said in this article. I am perfectly fine with that. If anybody has any question or concerns, please feel free to leave a comment below. This is, after all, a place for discussion.

Thank you for your time,

P.S. This article was released just as I was writing up this proposal if anybody would like to see the official statement regarding the treaty from the eAustralian Department of Information. And this article was also released by the eChilean government detailing the treaty as well.
