[President SORA] What this term left us

Al Raposas fourth State of the Republic Address

Filipinos and foreigners alike, greetings.

Most end-term speeches tackle their achievements, but in my past three SORA, I have already done that. Now, I am addressing the nation what they could expect by the next month with the foundation we have already built in this administration.

Even with zero regions, the survey results indicate that the chief executive had satisfied the country in the majority of the term, with the lowest at 85% in the third SORA. Today, the chief executive garnered again 100% satisfaction rate. The chief executive next month will expect that there are eager citizens who will actively help in his endeavors now that the people are aware and satisfied of the government.

The gradual increase in satisfaction rate of the Cabinet had signaled that the people are now appreciating the work being done by the pick of the chief executive. Starting from 10%, the satisfaction rate now grew to 83%. Though it still depends on the people that will enter the Cabinet, this signifies that the Cabinet is now a function that people are becoming aware and satisfied of, now and in the following month.

The newly integrated AFP, which composed of five out of 8 military units in the Philippines, now occupies the top three positions in the ongoing military units tournament, as expected of them. The next month, we can now assure ourselves that these units, now under government command, are there to fight for the Philippines.

As of the moment, Day 2078, the treasury now stand at around 19,150 PHP. Around 2,000 PHP rise from Day 2071 (around 12% increase). This was done with zero regions at all. By next week, we expect to hit the 20,000 PHP goal that had been mentioned in my first SORA. This week's treasury growth had been the fastest in this term, and we can expect this rate to hold until next month. A 25,000 PHP standing is a possible target within the first two to three weeks of the following month. We can give some credit to the cooperative idea given by the Minister of Finance. Though not openly accepted by major suppliers of the Philippine market, the government efforts alone made some difference.

In the beginning of my term, our population stood at 273 (rank 63), and that time, we targeted a population of 300 by the time my term ends. This is a moderate gain estimate. Last week, we raised the target to 350. We have not met that target yet, and we are a long shot with the population at 305. However, we rose two notches to rank 61. We raised the target to 320 by the end of my term. If you are more optimistic, we can reach rank 60.

Though my offer in the third SORA to existing citizens to recruit new citizens did not seem to work, our original targets were met by this time, and that is enough to be happy for. The next month can expect to reach the 350 target even without regions.

This will be my last SORA, and a better Philippines lies ahead with the foundation we have done in the Age of R. I feel, though, that the foundation we have laid is still premature (I even cry some of the time when remembering the failures of this term), and therefore I decided to run again for President. If I lose, I say my best wishes to the following administration.

Once again, let us rally our energies under one nation, one alliance, and one God! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas at ang mga Pilipinong lumalaban!

Yours truly,
Al Raposas
President of the Republic of the Philippines
Assembly Representative of the Philippines to NaN
Duke of Luzon
Second Commander of Philippine Military Academy
