[President SORA] Las Filipinas de Mis Amores

Day 2,070, 22:16 Published in Philippines Republic of China (Taiwan) by Analia Arnheim
Al Raposas third State of the Republic Address

Filipinos and foreigners alike, greetings.

The Raposas administration is now going strong on its incoming third week, but of the three R that I have introduced to you on my first SORA, only two have been done as of now. This must be a sad month for us all, and I apologize if that had to be under my watch.

Still, to see whether the people think the government is still doing a good job, I have done a two-day survey in my previous article. Below is the survey summary:

The sample size is 7, which is around 2% of the total population by the end of the survey (321, July 21). I still thank the people for showing much confidence in me even if a week had passed since the elections. I have received 86% satisfaction rate in my weekly performance, though markedly lower than my past week's 100%. I also thank my people that they now begin to have better confidence on my Cabinet, up to 43% from 10% the past week.

There's this eighth guy though who used my profile URL to vote in the survey. I have taken note of this. Please do use my name, or any others', in vain.

The supply program, after some discussion with the Ministry of Defense, had begun since the start of the National Mission. This program is now to be perpetrated in the rest of my term, despite austerity measures being done due to lack of government funds, but only to members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The past RW in Luzon (July 15-16) failed considerably, with a score of 7-92 in favor of China. This owed to lack of planning and supplies. Also, this was just done as a daily order for our new citizens in the Philippines.

As of the moment, Day 2071, the treasury now stand at around 17,150 PHP. Almost 1,000 PHP rise from Day 2064 (around 6% increase). This was done with zero regions at all. What prevented us from a government shutdown is a zero interest loan given by the governments of Pakistan and Malaysia. I also had to spend money from my own accounts to prevent a shutdown. The total expenses for my midterm amounted to more or less 6,500 PHP. The per capita expenditure per citizen is 20.25 PHP.

The cooperative, for the meantime, is being managed by myself and the Minister of Finance, since most suppliers in the market don't care for a stagnant market.

I can't say that there is baby boom. In the beginning of my term, our population stood at 273 (rank 63), and we targeted a population of 300 by the time my term ends. This is a moderate gain estimate. Last week, we raised the target to 330. We have not met that target yet, since the population now stood at 321. However, we rose one notch to rank 62. We again raised the target to 350 by the end of my term.

So, I call for you, existing citizens of the Philippines, to invite and recruit new citizens. I will reward you 100 PHP once you have guided your invite to at least Level 21. Another 100 PHP once your invite reaches Level 24. Contact me, your current President, for the details.

If we cannot reach our goals in land, let us reach our goals in people. We are now back to the old datu-sakop system in pre-Spanish Philippines, wherein the datu or village leader considers citizens with higher regard than land. As long as his people rallies with him, their village and government is intact.

For our situation today, I hope that this system we can live in, at least for the time being. In time, our efforts will never be in vain. We can do this if we work together, harder. Let us rally our energies under one nation and one God!

Las Filipinas de Mis Amores

Yours truly,
Al Raposas
President of the Republic of the Philippines
Assembly Representative of the Philippines to NaN
Duke of Luzon
Second Commander of Philippine Military Academy
