The Philippines proves its military worth once more.



I would like to congratulate the citizens of this country for receiving their respective citizen rewards during the National Shield Tournament. Also, due to your unrelenting efforts, we are only short of 1 billion damage in the past seven days, amounting to 323.26% of the assigned damage to our country. When averaged, we inflicted around 137.9 million damage each day.

Also, the Philippines won a Quality 5 Defense Shield, which can absorb 6 billion damage. We ranked 28 of 70 countries.



Now, I have this plan that when we will be having Congress and thus, access to the Treasury, I will progressively distribute 16% of the gold the nation won in the National Shield. This will allow our earn gold to circulate among our citizens. Besides, we have fought hard to attain the national reward. It won't be bad if we give back at least some of it to those who fought.

This 16%, amounting to around 220 gold, will be distributed to the 44 citizens who are listed to have fought for the country during the tournament. Thus, the lowest of the 44 citizens will be receiving 0.7 gold, while the highest will be receiving 9.3 gold. That is, if my initial plan will be followed, and if we will be having Congress this month. And then, we can all say:
