Join the new world

To start I would like to thank you eAmerica for electing me not once but twice to the highest office in our land. It is an honor and a privilege. Over the last several weeks a lot of time and thought has been put into retooling my team. Two weeks ago I let go and replaced 3 Secretary level people. A few days later I replaced a 4th Secretary. This week my SecMed SColbert tendered his resignation due to a RL tragedy. I would like to thank SColbert for his work last term and wish him well in taking time to handle the events that have come his way. ErrOrka has graciously agreed to step in and fill the role of SecMed for the eUSA. As a former SecMed I can tell you that it is not an easy gig and I appreciate those who work so hard in the Media Department.

Two more changes have taken place today as well within the Executive. Dave Gulya a few weeks ago slid into the task of getting the newly formed Census Department up and running with his Deputy Scott Coyle. They have done great work together and it is almost a shame that I am going to break them up. Dave Gulya will be taking over the USAF Operations manager, and Scott will be promoted to Director of the Census Bureau.

Rainy Sunday has been running USAF Operations almost since the merger of the various branches. As one of the candidates for CP in March I discussed plans for the new one unit USAF with Rainy. I asked her if she had any desire or willingness to help run USAF. Her response was that she would be willing to do so, but only for a few months. I did not win that election, but a month later Molly appointed her to that very post. She has been there for 6 months now, likely 4 months longer than she initially agreed to. I would like to thank her for the hard work and dedication she has poured into making the eUSA and USAF stronger.







This article published by the State Department is pretty much an accurate depiction of executive cabinet for this month. I am very excited for this group that is now filled with fresh faces. There are a few programs and plans that need to be mentioned. Over the next few days we will be attacking the Philippines. We have no plans to hang out very long but this will be a great chance to get some Natural Enemy enhanced True Patriot damage.

Arm America is a recently revived program that doles out tanks for important battles. At least it did. A recent vote in Congress has changed the program a bit. We are going to open it up. The aim is to mobilise the American community and to increase activity and overall damage. Objectives are to hold regular mass hits the frequency of which to increase with time; depending on the feedback ofc. Another objective is to find another 1-2 QMs to support Blande who will be the main person organising the event.

Work is currently underway for a revamped website to be used by Education and the Interior. Scott Coyle is the architect of said website. He has done excellent work for the Feds and the Census Bureau in that area. We are truly lucky to have him on board. In addition to this both Departments are revamping existing programs in an effort to streamline things. Kevin Sheridan and MrCarey are hard at work on new projects in an effort to reach out and engage the citizens of the eUSA. They have both been in a word fantastic in their new posts and I almost regret not bringing them in sooner.






One thing that all this cutting and pasting has done for me is shine a light on the talent pool of the eUSA. Many of the old guard of players have stopped playing or have pulled back on their play dramatically. Talent is at a premium right now.
