ε™ [Ph.D] The First Phoenix Degree Prize Award Ceremony of Thailand

The Phoenix Degree Prize is awarded to those who have done the most or the best work for the nation of Thailand. Future ceremonies will be held on the last Sunday of each month. Nominations for the award may be summit when ever possible and are reviewed a week before the ceremony. Nominations placed a week before the ceremony are to be reviewed for the following month.
After this ceremony, the award will be only given to one candidate. However, the award can be shared if the canidates have similar cases.
The award was given the title Phoenix because Thailand was reborn not so long ago and its flame is growing ever brighter. The awarding of the Phoenix Degree Prize is not a competition, and therefore there are no winners or losers. The individual awarded will be called Phoenix Doctorate and not Phoenix Degree Prize winner. The individual will receive one gold and also be given the title Doctor, which represents the highest level of citizenship. Other citizens are encourage to learn and follow the examples of Doctors. Along with looking for guidance, engaging with them or finding ways to get involved.
The first Phoenix Degree Prize Award goes to Vincent Garibaldi, Nouveauk, Albert Neurath, Nagyzee and Jack Roberts.
Dr. Garibaldi for his extraordinary efforts to rebuild and strengthen Thailand. Thanks to Garibaldi's leadership, the government is now playing a more active and constructive role.
Dr. Nouveauk for his untiring effort to keep the citizens of Thailand healthy and guiding new players through the eWorld.
Dr. Neurath for his leadership when Thailand was at its darkest hours (Escaping PTO and merging with Malaysia).
Dr. Nagyzee, although he is not a Thai citizen, he was a citizen and president of the initial part of Federal Republic of South East Asia (Thailand and Malaysia united). During his presidency, his hospitality and mediation was a vital contribution to the merger.
Dr. Roberts, in recognition for his role as a great leader and a head figure in Thailand.

If I have it my way I'd say Jack is the Godfather of Thailand.

Thank you very much for the prize. It's a great honour, especially that I'm the only foreigner among the winners. It was great taking part in creating FRoSEA and assisting at the rebirth of Thailand just as well.
