Dan: For the last 600 days, it has not been possible to publish an article outside of one's country of CS. Would you have expected the poor girl to leave the Immigration people hanging just so she could write an article if she had happened to rememebr at the last minute? She only realised she hadn't several days after the fact and then wanted to make up for it as best she could by posting an article and then likely giving the link to people in #eNew_Zealand. The thing I find really galling though is that you apparently feel you're so important that A, she has to earn _your_ respect and give _you_ respect, and B, a small mistake like this suddenly makes her evil in your eyes. Have you never made a mistake or are you somehow infallible.

You're both making eIreland look bad. Remember that what you say at times like this reflects poorly on eIreland and the ICA, not just yourselves, to the outsider looking in. You both could have said, in a civil manner, that you hope to see an intro soon rather than attacking Fio.

Three corrections: One, I split an infinitive here: It's usually polite to not bite a newcomer's head off. --- not to bite. Two, question mark should be at the end of the last paragraph. Three: In retrospect, I realise you're talking about Chew's av, Louise. However, it should be obvious to anyone that that Avie is meant to mock Nazism and is indeed a reflection of Chew's mock personality as a Nazi (kind of like Stephen Colbert, but Swedish). As a Jew, I don't find it offensive, I find it funny.
