As Mahmoud mentioned, PTO is not illegal or cheating, as long as the use of bots and multies are avoided.

Are you implying that you need gold to create new bots/accounts in a country that you're attempting to PTO? Doesn't make a lot of sense.
BT has a point to an extent, Gusion, but is still exaggerating wildly.
He's also lying. Norway has been claiming for about a week now that we somehow used gold to PTO them, yet never presented any proof. I personally think they're just making stuff up because they're angry we own most of their territory now. Since the admins haven't done anything about it, it would appear that they agree.

No, I am not applying that gold is needed to make multi accounts. But gold are needed when the multies need tickets to change regions when voting.
